We have too many hands in the software and that can be problematic. Organizations should limit who can do what in  the software.

The navigation of the system can be difficult as there are too many options to use to find what is needed, which can be confusing to new users - keep navigation simple.

I also like that 2 users can be in the same unit at the same time. Since we have employees all over Canada it helps when trying to show a coworker something in Fleet.

Overall, I like the program but just wish we could use the email feature. Help desk is very helpful and nice people to work with.

It is fairly easy to use and very comprehensive- it takes time to learn all the ins and outs of things such as report generation and filtering. Support has been good overall and responsive.

I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.

It definitely makes my life easier and quicker and it allows me to do it at any time which is good. Also the email/response system is great and easy to help you keep track of what you have requested.

EZ Office Inventory is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. I appreciate that it's easy to have access to the inventory, as a user, and request specific items by loading them into a cart.

The fixed asset module is a great supplement to the fixed asset tracking we have used in the past, and saves a good amount of time at the end of each month tracking down items.

My only negative is when I have connection issues with my service. I sometimes have to wait to log info.
