EZOfficeInventory is a cloud-based inventory management solution designed for companies of all sizes. It offers barcode scanning, supplier management, re-order management, purchasing and usage tracking.

The inventory management functionality of the solution allows users to track inventory levels using QR codes and barcode tags. EZOfficeInventory features a mobile app with the barcode and QR code scanning functionality, which allows users to track their inventory using mobile devices.

GPS tracking capabilities allow users to track items’ location. This feature helps users track their assets on an interactive map and identify lost and misplaced assets. The solution offers a REST-based API that integrates with other REST-based systems.

Customized reporting and dashboards help users track and monitor assets and users are able to analyze historical inventory data and make decisions regarding their inventory management practices. The solution integrates with third-party applications such as Zendesk, Dropbox, Salesforce and OneLogin. Pricing is per month and is based on a number of users and items. Support is through email.

    The ability to track assets, asset stock, and inventory. It really made it easier to find where assets were more quickly.

    Cons

    Not being able to delete groups in bulk, you would have to go in and delete all of the assets or asset stock associated with that item first, which can be time consuming.

    the flexibility of the app. To add inventory, go to Items → Inventory → Import from Excel Sheet → Add New Inventory. You can see that the fields available for mapping inventory are slightly different, with some notable inclusions such as fields for low stock thresholds and prices for adding and removing stock:

    Makes it very easy to create new inventory items and transfer inventory from site to site, as well as providing a place for images to differentiate items at a glance.

    Would like more options to export summaries in a clear format that would be easier to read than CSVs.

    EZOfficeInventory allows me to track everything regarding our supplies. Upon arrival of supplies, its inventory control features allowed our team to take into account every supply in hand, barcoding is also possible, serial code tracking, supplier management and many more features. EXOfficeInventory lets our team track all the supplies until their sold, which makes our task somewhat easier. With the 15 day free trial, we had a chance to see its features without any risk.

    Cons

    The monthly fee is a bit high, but given all its features and updates, pricing is justifiable.

    The trial period for the product needs to be extended. As I found myself asking for my account to be enabled after couple of weeks. But the team was very helpful and they always extended my trial period.

    Easy to use and simple for starters too. It took me only 30 mins to learn and use it.

    That it has all the major features I need in an inventory system.. bar code printing.. purchase order.. tracking of supplies, customization

    Cons

    The UI of the app and website could be way better. I believe applying the latest trends in UI designs would make it much better and sales will be higher from your side. People care about looks more than functionality sometimes.

    We solved our demonstration equipment tracking issue throughout the organization. With the added benefit of visibility across the organization for asset availability and coordination ease. The loss of a single demonstration unit could exceed.

    We have a multiple qty of equipment demos at multiple sites through out the state, this makes it easy to know where a demo kit is, who has it

    I am in tools business and it gives an idea of utilitity and depriciation . We moved from a large excel ...and its far easy now.

    Pros

    It meets my requirement. Simple. Easy to navigate. Groups and Sub groups are excellent.

    Work Orders are in its primitive stage...

    While it is easy to use, there are some things that are a bit confusing. There has been problems with booked out items not showing up correctly, which is a problem when working with several people needing the same equipment around the same time.

    Pros

    It is easy to search items and find what I need.

    Cons

    There doesn't seem to be a simple way of requesting multiple assets at the same time. Having to search and reserve each item individually is a bit clunky.

    In large organizations like ours, it's great to have an application that makes it so easy to locate and find out the status a particular equipment so we can schedule maintenance and ensure that assets are being used efficiently and productively.

    It creates reports and analytics which really come in handy during our planning sessions.

    The cloud-based software can be accessed from anywhere on any device. You can easily track everything across different locations on a map.

    It easily integrates with asset tracking workflows and other programs like Zendesk

    Cons

    I hope that in the future, bulk editing options for other fields become available to make the process even faster. Also, it also doesn't allow our users to go back to the search results after they've made some changes to a certain record so they just have to repeat the search query in order to get back to the results page.

    More organization within the team. Keeping track of all equipment used to be a mess. Now everyone knows where everything is.

    It keeps track of everything, from units, to accessories, dates, and more. It makes it easy to find out where things were last.

    Cons

    It can be a bit confusing to find where you are going, or where options are. For example, I don't quite know what the difference between checking out and verifying possession is.

    Keeping track of tools in office and whats out on what project.

    Pros

    Very easy to use and everything is set up nicely. The app scans very quickly and allows for quick and easy use

    The app always crashes every time you close it and so have to always log in and out and you can't change the hard set fields

    Making life a lot easier for organization.

    Pros

    I think the thing that I like the most about this software is the simplicity. It is not asking too much, while also providing all the services I need. What we as a company use this for mostly is asset reservation, which is anything from chairs to tents that we will need for our various projects. We work in an office of about 100 people, all of which use the software frequently, and by frequently I mean every day. That being said I have never experienced a problem with the site being slow, glitchy, or remotely overloaded. I think that speaks loudly to how well it works because when using other websites, such as that for our car reservations, we get problems with the site crashing and typically causing us to waste our time figuring out the problem that the software created for us (when it is supposed to make our lives easier and less stressful).

    Cons

    This question is a bit tougher because I have not personally ran into any problems with the site, so asking what I like least is a bit tougher to tackle. One thing I will note is the categories that all of the assets are put into are very strict, where a single misspelled word will come up with nothing. I think that allowing the search bar to be a little more lenient and accommodating to small spelling errors, or descriptive words would make life a little easier when one accidentally misspells a word, or cant remember the exact name it might be under.

    I have been able to better organize the tools we have, and access that information across multiple devices.

    Pros

    I like the fact that there are numerous features and I have the option to be as general or as granular as I need to be. I also like the fact that it's able to hold a lot of specific and tagged information, which will be very useful as our organization (and our inventory) grows.

    Cons

    I'm still trying to learn my way around the user interfeace. I think there are a few things I would like to be more accessible. I have also heard that you can customize it, so I will probably need to learn about that at some point.

    The software is very intuitive and user-friendly. Even the most tech-challenged employee in our office can navigate it! We didn't have a good tracking system before and now we can quickly and easily see what is going on with our rental items, stock, and inventory.

    Cons

    So far we haven't run into any major bugs or issues. It would be nice to group cloned assets together and collapse lists, but not required for the functionality of the software.
