EZO EAM is a cloud-based enterprise asset management (EAM) platform with a native CMMS, built for mid-to-large multi-site operations that run on equipment, consumables and spare parts. It brings asset tracking, maintenance and inventory control into one system, so operations and maintenance teams work from the same record. Label assets with barcode, QR code and RFID, and bring in GPS and telematics data from integrated providers. Manage custody with check-in and checkout, quick checkout, checkout to locations and reservations. Set location-specific min/max thresholds and low-stock alerts for consumables and spare parts, and transfer stock between locations. Multi-tier approval workflows route requests to the right approvers. The CMMS is native to EZO EAM and is purchased as a separately priced add-on. It runs work orders and checklists, uses a Work Planner to schedule technicians, triggers preventive maintenance on time, usage or sensor readings, and keeps service history, including parts used, on the same asset record. The mobile app for Android and iOS lets teams scan items with the phone camera, reserve and check out items,... and work on work orders and work logs in the field. It has a limited offline mode: up to 20 work orders can be cached and synced later, and items can be saved to view offline. EZO EAM connects with Zendesk, Jira Service Desk, Google Workspace, Okta, OneLogin, Ping Identity, Delinea (formerly Centrify), Dropbox, OneDrive, QuickBooks Online and Zapier.
