Guide TI Software


Guide Ti is an on-premise Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solution for enterprise-level companies in industries such as agriculture, education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and more. The solution integrates with ERP solution from Microsoft, SAP, Sage and Oracle to sync maintenance data with financial information.

Guide Ti offers real-time data analysis related to company’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational costs. It also supports bar code readers, PDAs and tablets to manage inventory, parts and work orders. When action is required on a work order, the appropriate user is tagged via an indicator on their homepage.

Guide Ti helps in asset management by tracking warranties, creating a tree structure to visualize equipment organization, managing supplier contracts and checking the status of equipment being repaired. It can also sort work orders by the employee addressing the issue, issue type and the job status. Support is offered via email and phone.

may be a good formation when you sell the products

high possibility to do anything you dont realy need but not to much, a lot of problem without solution

Cons

lots of bugs, crashes my computer at least once a day, not convivial with our system, integration is very long, i waste a lot of time on my precious time

This is user-friendly software. It's easy to work with and customize to our needs.

Cons

There are so many option to customize that when a bug occurs, it may take time to solve it.
