Amazing App for asset tracking

Go-To product, good features, easy access to data in real time and low latency.

PROS

Provide best features for the price it quotes, has real time location and can opt for additional sensors(temperature and pressure) for the product management and tracking

CONS

Could not recognize any cons, its a good product with real time data.

Easy & Straightforward to use. Exceptional Customer Service

Very impressed with the apps functionality and ease of use. Also VERY grateful for the customer service we recieved all throughout the process of setting up, on the day of our first delivery and consistently throughout our time with Locate2u. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] answered all of our (many, many) questions we had, and was more than willing to start early on our first day of using the program to ensure we felt supported and ontop of the whole process. Also always happy to answer spur of the moment phone calls for assistance

PROS

Straightforward and simple enough to use. allows us to track drivers and let our customers know in real time when they can expect their delivery. allows us to easily and quickly bulk contact customers and reschedule if required. allows us to organise and plan out the delivery route for the week, and makes everything significantly more easy and straightforward than using an external courier.

CONS

Just takes a little getting used to all of the functions, but once you've got it its simple to use.

Reason for choosing Locate2u

Using an external courier has proven disasterous in the past, so we decided it would be more streamlined to do this project inhouse with Locate2u. This ensures we're in control of customer service, and know who the delivery drivers are, and that they will represent the brand correctly. It also allows us to keep customers in the loop with their expected delivery time (something thats been requested many times). It's super hard to tell customers "it'll be there between 9am and 5pm" because that's really unhelpful for paying customers. Now, we can advise them the time they can expect their delivery, via text and they'll be able to see a live update of when their delivery will arrive. It lightens things up for our customer service team in the office, as alot of questions are answered through the text.
