Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Excellent customer service. We have two people designated to us to aid in the startup and training of the software. Very impressed with the depth of the information provided to us.

  • The software is very user friendly. It was easy to get it set up, customize and move between the different operations. Loading the employee information was quick and easy.

  • Cons

  • The initial training didn't really cover the pertinent information as it relates to our business. I would suggest they customize the training to the user's specific needs.

  • Will close suddenly from time to time - not certain is this could be an connectivity problem but it doesn't seem that way.

  • Pros

  • Best scheduling and dispatching out there. Easy to customize Support has been amazing Great user interface

  • I love how technicians are able to use the app to update disposition of work orders, leave pictures and notes - this is very helpful for the office. The platform is very easy to use.

  • Cons

  • Would like to see more customizable reporting, but what is provided out of the box is sufficient

  • This software offers a little less than some of the more popular programs but you definitely get the best value using this program.
