  • Pros

  • Great product for getting analytics. The company is very responsive and has a great customer support.
  • The Service Channel team is always trying to innovate the software by adding new functions or improving on existing, this is a big win to me as well.
  • Overall I am very happy with the system and software. The ease of use and the amount of data available is probably the best part of the system.
  • Cons

  • This is absolutely not intuitive at all. Requiring mandatory training of vendors without paying for their time is illegal.
  • Spoken to and exchanged e-mails with multiple reps over several months and finally decided to cut my losses, discontinue using the platform, and to never return.
  • I can navigate throughout most of the site, until I use "locations. At times, I receive the annoying "not authorized" notification.

  • Great product and amazing customer service. Customer Service is always willing to assist with any issues and they are very friendly.
  • The team they have had over the years makes this web base service amazing. I have always walked away from interactions with the troubleshooting techs impressed and happy.
  • Love the ease of setting up users, deactivating users, submitting requests for Maintenance and IT, and the ability to track the progress in real time.
  • Cons

  • There are some features that are badly needed that were overlooked when the software was made. They are working hard to incorporate them however.
  • As of now our staff sees me in passing and they tell me when something is wrong so I have to create work order and take it out. I believe I click my mouse 22 times to complete a work order.
  • The reports are difficult to navigate and create.
