SortScape for my Business
I have found SortScape to be a fantastic addition to my business in regards to scheduling. It’s such a simple product to use which makes a huge difference compared to other products. The support is great and the cost is minimal. Definently recommended.
CONSNone i have found it to be all positives.
Reasons for switching to SortScape
I found SortScape to be more appropriate to my industry.

Useful and simple application
Find it fairly seamless and quick, easy to use, stores a lot of information about site history which is useful. The Sortscape product support has also been excellent and quick
PROSEasy to use, quick, instant, communicates information to staff quickly
CONSSome small items that could be added on later. - capability to block out a specific date for public holiday, staff leave etc. - ability to customise a price for a specific reoccurring client

This used a lot of unnecessary information and wasn't quite tailored to what we needed. It didn't take much research to find Sortscape, the free trial, and the rest was history

Best app ever
Bloody great i like that when i have a issue the team are right there to help me
PROSI love it that i can schedule everything and the guys can go on there phones and see the schedule

Time & Sanity saver
During the time I’ve used the product, which now is a little over two years, I think I’ve experienced only two or three outages, which each lasted for no more than five minutes. Knowing that I have that level of reliability and support, takes away the biggest stress in my day

Lawncare
The ease of use of the whole system from scheduling to routing as well as tracking all past visit history.
PROSintegration was very easy once everything was automatically uploaded from Xero, and it was very user friendly, within a day I was able to use it as it was so easy to pick up and any issues you just message the guys and they will get back with either an answer or they will solve the issue for you.
CONSNo one program is going to fit any business model fully, you have to adapt around the programming but it just seems to work well. if there was a negative it would be that the photos taken do not seem to stay attached forever and it would be nice to attach files and have a chemical sheet but that said we are using the issues part which so far seems to hold all customer details needed.
