The API is fairly easy to use and gives control of most of the features supported.

From an administrator perspective, it is really easy to have complete control of all our assets in the online depository.

The only thing I hate is that not everyone can use Asset Bank, due to the limited number of licenses we've purchased.

Some stuff is very basic and self-explanatory and others might take some little mistakes before getting it right. Playing around it is essential to get the most out of it.

For instance, the latest upgrade broke our user access control API, which was a nightmare to debug. But it's all documented so does provide a bit of a curve to understand it.

Limited functionality of the WordPress plugin, ultimately resulting in our inability to use it.

Our Marketing team is thrilled because all of our proposals are customized with CSS to fit our brand objectives. Also, their support team offers outstanding service if/when you need assistance.

I like their plans structure, so that on their free plan I can still get as many e-signatures as possible and also it allows me to ingrate stripe and quickbooks for easy payments.

I don't think of anything major that could be a disturbance or any bad effect of this particular product on my workflow.

Also, some of the integration fields are mandatory even if you don't have any need for them so you have to really get your brain hamster to improvise and work around that obstacle.

I liked the pricing for PandaDoc and it seemed that it would be a good alternative to higher-priced e-signature products.

Overall it was a terrible experience, from support to the actual product.

There is a spam problem with the email sent to some customers. I don’t have any other concern with PandaDoc.
