The office for Clutch is in Paris, France, and the customer service is very good. Of course, they are a European company so the best support comes in the morning since I am in the USA.

When creating a form, moving items up and down a long list of item can be quite difficult.

This application is user friendly, intuitive, and understands the necessity of supporting the incremental submission of information in a way both the user and the admin can monitor the progress of.

So besides being illogical, half-made (Cyberpunk is more deployment-ready than this), it is useless for E-signatures and document collection.

As a result, I finished the round trip by email in which I ask the customer for this or that part he has forgotten.

Clust is very easy to use. Once you log in, the onboarding is very simple.

It's still awkward for our firm's use, because we use a lot of long words and the character count won't accommodate our needs.

The lack of templates and integration is really quite off puting and i have found myself using other systems more.

Need more granular customization, some of the forms are difficult to get where we want due to the lack of options of fields.

So far everything is really good and it keeps improving as time goes on. There are updates happening constantly that are making it even better.

Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.

It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.

Google changed the quotas for my available data storage which required me to archive my Google Drive content or I was in danger of my Gmail and other services losing functionality.

What I like the most is the ability to share documents easy and fast across computers/users. I'm able to collaborate with ease and at a fantastic price.

Trying to copy information or keep formatting from the Drive to other software is terribly inconsistent and a pain to fix.

Google Drive is an amazing product. It is very amazing to have all of your files in the cloud and the fact that you can access all of them just by logging onto your computer is awesome.
