Not compatible with iOS. No app available for use on ipads/iphones.

The webtool is very easy to use, which is the part most of my team uses. I love that I am able to customize the system to my company's needs, there are very few limitations to the customization.

The software is beautifully complex and pretty flexible. I can make it do a range of things out of the box and also easily customize it to do non-standard functions.

Support always answers questions within an hour or so, and the help cheerfully even with “dumb” questions.

Not only does Document Locator works seamlessly inside windows, it has a great API and is very easy to administer. Users generally don’t require more than about 15 minutes of training.

Overall has been a great software that has improved our document control process and improved our internal efficiency.

The indexing is the best part, training was good. The employees in OR are calm and very nice to work with.

Each time we have received training, it has been informative, clear, and concise. Folder Structures and Profiles are great tools to allow us to work efficiently with consistency across departments.

Ve been administering my company’s Document Locator system for 8+ years. Never have I come up with a problem they couldn’t solve.

Its easy to configure to suite almost any need we have. And the way it seamlessly integrates with the Windows environment is outstanding for our users.

Meta data being returned from a Unix ERP system was not the easiest to change, constant testing.

I'm impressed by this one feature and recommend this solution because of this. Other user interface is available, but the shell integration is what sold me.

Overall I like a product. It keeps documents organized and easy to access.

Customer representatives have a great relationship with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin which makes to the support for this product great.

The Neat software and scanner, an outstanding asset to both our business and personal use.

It was easy to use, you could easily export entire folders, combine receipts/etc.

It was a great way to add in receipts, keep track of them and generate reports for taxes.

The desktop to website is slow and clunky. Also we messed up one letter on the email, stuck with it now, cant change it according to support.

I did this because legacy was written so poorly that it would utilize all of the memory on a large report & then crash.

Easy to use, fast, quick accurate. Could scan receipts as I get them, and toss the paper.

I like that we have a scanner... and when it works it works well. It integrated with Box which allows me to upload files into my EHR from my computer or my iPad which is nice.

Neat is an amazing product, our business is growing rapidly and Neat has helped us with filing our receipts and documents with ease.

Since then, the relational database functionality the system used to provide has been largely removed and the accuracy of their OCR scanning has somehow gotten progressively worse over the years.

What part of Data hostage should I describe. The reports are bad, but after my legacy crashed, I tried to access my old records and they are unavailable unless I pay for a subscription.

I have had the scanner for over a year now and I am happy with it. I do wish customer support was better and free.

Eventually, the support team gave up on the problems and we were obliged to revert back to dealing with the corporate management. The data was lost and was never recovered.

I bought the neat Desk Scanner for both my home and work office and used their software and eventually their cloud for several years. I liked the legacy software.

Abandoned to much worse cloud solution. Will stop working sooner or later.

Very easy to use and its very good at organizing in groups.

Scanning receipts and keeping track of where your budget is being spent is very important to any business. Having the Neat software has made my accounting less stressful.
