The Docstar software makes it easy to get my hands on any historical document related to any of our customers very quickly.

I love the integration with Epicor and the workflow approvals.

Very happy overall and would purchase it again if needed.

They keep charges in Y that would have already been paid as part of X.  Double-dipping. Their accounting team is inflexible and will refuse to work with you to resolve the problem.

Cost of ownership - affordable, feature rich system.

Pretty easy to use and upload copies of checks and to file when done. Everything is user friendly.

There are some functionality gaps but they would apply to only the largest of companies. I've got no real complaints with the product; most of what I encountered are experiential things.

Sometimes it's more complicated than it needs to be to build a workflow. The need to download some files in order to view them is bothersome.

The thing that has made DocStar helpful at all has been the fact that our accounting team created detailed tutorials for staff use.

Trying to find documents for audits was a tedious, costly process and storing documents in file cabinets exposes our organization to theft and loss.

It has the ability to be highly customized and accommodate complex workflows. Does great at retaining images of documents and the search functions are usable and logical.

We also use it for our A/P and locating assets within the township. Docstar integrates with our GIS systems and makes it very easy to locate documents, permits and any assets with a click of a button.

The integration is Static. Once you run the workflow, the links are no longer live.

The program crashes often and seems to randomly lose documents all the time, and its user interface isn't the friendliest.

I found it very user friendly and easy to set up. I looked at several different programs at the time and very glad I choose DocStar.

Once you understand where everything is, navigation throughout the system is pretty straightforward. Form templates can have as much, or as little data fields as needed.

DocStar is good for those who don't work with expense reports often as it is very baseline as far as advancements go.

Batch importing thru email, hot folder, xml or csv comes free. Full MS Office integration and virtual print driver come free.

We hope to take advantage of integration with Epicor and finding documents within the sales order.

The feature that I like the most about the softwareis its ability to help us organize our documents.

Lack or ready report, lack of ready workflow, lack of full Kinetic feature in ECM that works, bugs all around related to Kinetic.

I can only view previously filed documents. All of this is making it very difficult to do my job.

Lack of documentation on how to use the software or how to customize it. Difficultly customizing the software so that users can use it.

Customer service is worthless, upgrading from the previous version to this one took twice as long as quoted, everything about this program is cumbersome and harder than it should be.

Past and present employee information is always at your fingertips. Fingertips that no longer have to deal with constant paper cuts.

Haven't found anything we don't like about this software.

Storing content digitally will give us a fast return on investment in labor and storage. Finding new uses for the solution all the time.

I have almost 20 years experience with competing content management platforms so I'm not new to it. I know what I want them to do and how I want them to do it.

We met with the top 4 or 5 vendors in addition to docSTAR and docSTAR met every one of our requirements.

System is very user friendly and able to retrieve a document in seconds rather than deal with paper files.

Very satisfied with the system and would highly recommend.

Most importantly, DocStar's customer service has been TOP NOTCH...although to be fair, we hardly ever have to call them since the solution is so stable.

Ease of use, great customer service, saves time, allows me to focus on the things that matter most for operating my business.

Wordables been great for being a single functionality tool in publishing large articles I have at once. I haven't found a comparable product yet that does the same for the price and compatibility.

Now I can click a button and upload from Google Docs straight into Wordpress.

This software saves me a LOT of time each week, and it's super easy to use.

So this actually makes me money. Best small monthly investment we can make for increasing efficiency, accuracy and better workflow.

Definitely worth it for a quick remote publishing platform for WordPress.

Its interface is very simple and easy to learn, you do not need to be an expert in blogs to use it. Besides, its integration with Google Docs and WordPress is great, really good.

I won't use it all the time, but when I do it's a life-saver. And the price is really reasonable for the time it saves.

The UI isn't particularly pretty or modern, but it's easy enough to grow how to use it successfully.

Inability to import an updated version of a Google doc if is updated after original import. That would send it to the moon.

It's hard to come up with cons when it comes to Wordable but I guess, for me personally, the monthly price for the solo (single website) plan could be a little cheaper.

After the latest update, it is completely unusable. So much so that I am here writing a review to encourage other people to avoid wasting their time and money on this tool.

App to App integrations are typically wonky, but pretty impressed with this one.

A great reliable product that speeds up the import process into Wordpress. The formatting is always great and the customer support is 5 star.

It is very easy to use and the support team are great whenever I have needed help sorting anything out.

Easy to use, reliable, and awesome at formatting exactly as is, from G-docs to WordPress.

Then, when our editor is happy, he push-button imports the final copy into Wordpress, does some last-minute formatting tweaks and that's it.

It was very easy to use and configure, and worked well.

After years of having to either copy/paste in HTML (which always means you have to manually put in-text links in - such a pain!) or erasing weird HMTL code that gets copied over in Visual format.

I love that with a click of a button, all of my coding is taken care of. I also love that it uploads images  what a time saver.

The ease of initial set up and the consistency in which it helped me complete my weekly publishing objectives.
