I have had a very pleasant experience with Libris and the customer support staff. Everyone was very helpful when helping me understand a glitch I was having during the upload process.

I like the fast upload speeds when uploading our photos. Also, the integration with Lightroom is a huge benefit.

This product allows us to get more value out of our assets, makes it easier to share assets and improves our value to our constituents.

The support has been consistent and responsive. The mobile uploader app is also fantastic for our needs.

I have started searchable galleries for all of our campus buildings, seasons, classes, etc. The customer services is amazing.

Problems with Libris when using older MACOS version. Obligatory update of MACOS.

Sometimes when importing images the system looses the thumbnail.

I love the customer service-- our rep is out of sight.

Lack of editors/tagger type seats without paying more.

One thing that I really dislike is somewhat buggy upload process using Safari browser on a Mac. After 20-30 minutes of usage, the whole UI freezes mid-upload and cancels the upload.

I like the ability to create folders and organize images easily, as well as create lightboxes. The search functionality is great, as well as the integration into design software.

Odd user interface for invited users, seeing different maps seperately. User interface should be the same for back ofice as for front office.

I love that you can easily tag and customize and sort photos in Libris. We've been looking for photo software management for awhile, and this has been a dream come true.

With little to no training you can easily manage and share all your digital assets. Libris is also very competitively priced which makes it even more attractive to clients.

The photos are displayed super nicely on the website, it's easy to see what you're looking for and it works as a good tool to showcase our destination.

No preview before download. No preview of Microsoft office files (word, excel..).

It integrates easily and well with Lightroom and the optional Adobe connector makes managing assets during the production process even easier.

Hard to do advanced searching with filters—they work in kind of a frustrating way that's hard to explain succinctly.

I can easily upload assets of all types. Tagging them, filling out the metadata, and putting longform descriptions in each asset makes it really easy for people to find what they are looking for.

Widen has been a great partner to work with on our new Digital Asset Management. The implementation process is very smooth and straightforwards.

Sometimes it gives corrupted error. I wished it could have given the corrupt error while I am uploading files.

Because of such wonderful management, you know how to treat a customer.

I know that this has to do with the upload metadata and probably is related to user error. Perhaps if there was a more automated way to add search criteria when uploading, this wouldn't be an issue.

We no longer have to search through a messy drive to find product images, marketing materials and more.

It's works great, the API documentation is good and Widen has given excellent support on it.
