The naming of drawing can be confusing for new starters.

Good experiance and we can see a room for development, however the pricing of other tools to be reviwed.

Viewpoint is generally easy to use and navigate and has a great many useful functions. I've been an administrator for 7 years and even now I find things here and there that make my job so much easier.

Comprehensive system which would be improved for sharing. Cost increase considered too high.

Ease of use of general features and the customer support is very good.

Some aspects are hard to maintain, lack of reporting function.

No many updates over the years to bring it up to date with other system that are available in today market.

I really like VFP despite its few shortcomings and not-so-attractive user interface. I think this system can be intimidating at first, but personally the more I use it the more I appreciate it.

Ease of use and the amount of features. Definitely a one stop shop for all construction-based document controlling.

I have yet to come across a disadvantage using this software.

The ease of sumitting information for approval, the ability to supersede documents. Navigating the folder architecture is very straight forward.

The quality that I like most about Viewpoint is the ease of use. The design is very intuitive and the layout is simple and uncomplicated.

The notification section to advise people of items to upload is poor as it is out of view when you tick this and you have to be aware that you have to scroll up.

The Viewpoint support team are the best I have ever dealt with. They respond quickly and are always able to help (apart from the system issues) and never make you feel silly if you raise a case.

Someone new to the platform may struggle and does require some training and messing around to understand the layout and format.

I have a good experience so far, it helps me with my purpose and got the documents as I needed.

The workflow editor makes it easy to design a workflow that suits our business and specific projects.

I'm relatively new to the software so its hard to comment, although at the moment t doesn't seem as user-friendly as Fieldview.

I like being able to share current information quickly with users and external parties and  I appreciate having the email function so that I can get documents uploaded quickly to the correct place.

Available from anywhere, usually reasonably quick, support staff are fast at responding, even if the answer is not always what i would expect.

If 1no  file fails to load in a revision, it can sometimes mess up the revision and need to all be resubmitted. I also find that the search feature can be difficult to navigate large file structures.

Generally good, apart from users find it difficult to access if they have multiple enterprise access.

The Ease of uploading documents; easy for version control and inserting document name.

We use public links a lot as well and it is very useful as well as the virtual containers. Customer service is excellent.

I many features included in this software on a daily basis, all elements of which are easy to use/understand. I don't know what we'd do without it.

There are some strange ways of naming things that are just not the same as in construction, and can be confusing at times, the system can also be slow at times.

Workflows are very useful to ensure reviews are carried out.

HOW HARD IT WAS TO USE AND NAVIGATE THE SYSTEM.

But I guess this is in each and everyone developer's hand. So maybe a guideline on what not to do to avoid performance losses.

The only problem I have is when updating the version and the pages tend to have problems of accommodation.

It does create good websites, with pretty much good features and integration among objects, which facilitates structuring and maintaining.

It is very easy to use and it has a lot of features. Everyone can build amazing website with beautiful templates.

It's a very helpful software/website in helping you learn and create your very own website for an affordable price.

Also when there is an error it is very difficult to figure out how to solve it because there is no support (obvious for open source but still a problem).

Wordpress is really great for people who do not code but want to have a website. It has lot of additional integrations available which help you build websites which are scalable.

The customer service is the worst. Whenever I email them with a problem, they sometimes don’t fix it for weeks and I have to keep reminding them.

My overall experience with Wordpress is Fantastic. It is one of the best software I have come across.

Currently my website had all the plug-ins crash, and they all disappeared, so keep in mind that WP is notorious for needing to troubleshoot your website once in a while.

On the beginning I have a problem with some message about a having an error whic I did not find.

Easy to install and use, with a huge community developing and improving features. It's a great tool for almost everything, from a simple Landing Page to a huge E-Commerce.

I love that I was able to accomplish what I wanted, on my own by using help features and just by clicking around and trying different things.

I enjoy Wordpress for the flexibility to setup my personal website. They several templates to choose from and each have unique abilities with them to make your webpage fantastic.

It was excellent, down to the whole designing process and the company itself. The customer support is also fantastic.

Some plugins are very bad, and also very bad translated, or make some other plugins crash so you must be very carefull with what do you install.

WordPress is really one of the best things to ever exist. The ability to create websites that look so sleek and beautiful, modern and attractive, is incredible.

I learned a lot and saved tons of time using it. I'd highly recommend it for most of the people as it has a very pleasant UI and it's easy to use even for not tech people - your client.

It is the best and biggest platform for creating content I have ever known. Wordpress allows you to have very high quality websites, for a super symbolic price.

The templates are amazing and just like all of wordpress very user friendly you dont have to know how to code to use wordpress.

But don't let the price put you off, you're getting the best blogging software on the market, in my opinion. Plenty of extensions and themes, great community support and very nice admin interface.

Being non profit, It is imperative that I keep costs as low as possible while ensuring the quality is as good as can bee.

The fact that WordPress is free and yet offers users excellent services is a plus on its own. On top of that, it is very easy to set up and integrate into your website, giving you total control.

The dashboard and preview ability is nice. The theme changes are pretty simple to navigate as you see what works best.

Wordpress has an impressive amount of integrations with other products. For example, we use the Yoast SEO plugin, which is awesome.

I love that this software has layouts for you to choose from and different styles for any kind of blog. I use my blog mostly as a recipe index for myself and it has been awesome.
