The default colour scheme is quite uninspiring. The focus of the title for the tool implies sending files only and is a little confusing around Apple’s Airdrop.

I am still new to using Airsend, but I really like, I really like the wiki,  unlimited uploads and best of all is using it for calls.

User friendly interface and overall quality very good.

I like how this software is free for anyone to use and how simple the interface is.

It was hard to maneuver the app at first. So I think that the app should have short video tutorial on how to input files and actions.

I like the ease of use, intuitive interface and pleasant interface design. It is faster than other collaboration tools.

This product is relatively easy to use. It enables you to be in communication with hundreds of people with ease.

As of now, I am just playing with it, but the ability to attach files to notes or memos that are then instantly available on other devices, is rather attractive.

So glad to have this utility for time and organization.

If many messages are sent within a thread, it can be hard to see all the past messages.

I was really impressed by this. Very easy to set up, very easy to get the right people into the right places to discuss.

AirSend was all of that for our team. I also love how easy it is to have a call with my team and we can create folders for attachments so things stay nicely organized.

This software is a bit difficult to manage in some aspects.

I dislike the location of the call button. We've had people accidentally call the chat as they were trying to access other features of AirSend.

Very useful software when you collaborate on documents with 3 or more colleagues/persons. Moreover there are 100 GB free cloud space.

AirSend strikes a great balance between having rich features and functions and an easy and non-imposing UI and UX.

It was basically getting confused between two Microsoft accounts I had and couldn't connect easily.

The flexibility on price means you can select the best option for your business and you can even use this as a solo entrepreneur with enough functionality to not hinder you.

Sometimes before  update it crash using window 10.

The ease of use with this software is really nice, if your company is like ours, we have companies all over the country.

I loved how clean it was and clients thought it was cool. I liked per project dashboards.

I am a multi-disciplinary designer myself, and despite trying (very hard) several times to use Basecamp, I just can't get past how ugly, unintuitive, and clunky the UI is.

The interface is amazing, perfect for those of who are visual. Great tracking and historical snapshots.

Great tools for task management and organization. And good integration with email for less technical users can email responses to questions.

I just found it boring that you can only view one person's task list at a time, if you have a project with multiple members, it makes it difficult.

It is integrated with limited software which restricts to carry out multidimensional projects. It’s pricing is also very high, it restrict its use for small organizations.

User-friendly, intuitive, great for collaborating and keeping track, excellent for remote work, super nice choice.

It has been a huge asset and we have all loved watching the progression of projects and campaigns we are working on.

Lot of functionalities like to-dos, message boards, Schedule. Really great if you work in a team and also really fast to communicate with your client via customer support or with your teamates.

I could see it being a useful tool for managing satellite volunteer groups. It was a good experience, and provided the means to have good conversation, generate some ideas, and post documents.

What I love about most about Basecamp is the ability to communicate and have ongoing conversations with people who are involved in the project.

The cost and ease of use, it's very straightforward. Being able to track what everyone assigned to a certain task/project is doing, and ensuring deadlines/goals are being met are great.
