Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love how well the product organizes my dashboard. I work with multiple clients, so it's nice to have all the emails that are associated with one account on one dashboard.

  • The ability to go deeper into organizing my emails and obtaining a Zero inbox was superb. It was easier than using tabs, files, stars, etc...

  • Cons

  • It was a little clunky to set up & took awhile for me to understand & cater towards my needs/workflow, but the customer service team is always ready to help. More Resources for setup would be good!

  • I wish there was a mobile app so that I could carry the experience across my work environments, but I am assuming this is in the works and will be made available in the not too distant future.

  • Pros

  • Super easy to communicate with my team and complete tasks.

  • We have used Wrike for a while now and it has been great for us!

  • Cons

  • The software can be glitchy at times, but the customer service that Wrike provided was always spot on and they helped resolve issues quickly.

  • Not that much to complain about but it will be great if we could have more aesthetics on the platform to make it more interactive.
