Dropbox is pretty good about storage and pricing for that storage. Pretty easy to share files to co-workers and give share permissions.

This product is easy to setup and use which make sit great as far as training goes. It can be used as a cloud data repository, shared and has great logging as to who did what and when.

My overall experience with Dropbox Business is great. The product is amazing for what it does and it is extremely easy to use even for beginners.

We spent hours with customer service until we were told they stopped supporting our OS version. No warnings, no emails, nothing.

Sometimes the files do not sync properly or there are missing files. Another issue is since this is a cloud based platform there are outage problems as well and could use more backup data centers.

The chrome extension offers limited actions. For example, you can't set up a meeting from it so you have to go to the browser to do so.

A weak point of Redbooth is definitely the calendar view options.

No real cons but we probably didn't maximize the use of it.
