Great product: good collaborative efforts, some room for growth.

I am still learning so there are many buttons I don't know what they do and so many places to find your communications. I get a little confused.

The tagging function between colleagues is very convenient. Overall, the interface is also very pleasant and easy to use.

Very user friendly and so helpful when you are managing a high volume of emails in a day.

On top of that, you would be able to see when a teammate was replying or typing under the email, which was a good way to know who was working on what.

It's very intuitive to talk with the team and get back to customers/prospects with an answer. A win win and great investment for company that works digitally.

I also personally love the ability to automate parts of our workflow using Zapier and the Front API — it's a real game-changer.

The modern UI and feature set are both great and this software is extremely helpful in executing our day to day communications through all of our customer-facing channels.

Shared inbox is  very useful to assign specific conversations or issues to the correct person to action. Templates and tags are also great to save time.

Seems like a decent platform but they ask too much trust in their pricing model, don't recommend.

I highly recommend Front for team-based customer service or support teams who can take advantage of shared drafts, comments, assigning threads, tags, and snoozing.

HOWEVER, the use of @ symbol is different than the other communication software we use (Slack). Can be confusing when using the two.

Front allows us to automate a lot of our communication and integrates seamlessly with our workflow systems. It has kept my team organized and efficient.

I use it to reply tickets for customers every day. It's a solid helpdesk and on par with the best helpdesk out there.

In a shared work model, the ability to assign emails to yourself or other members of the team was extremely useful, to ensure we were not doing double-work or responding to emails at the same time.

When you send a message there is a gap of 5 seconds to cancel it but once it has been sent there is no way to recall it.

This has been a terrible onbaording process, terrible. Zero support, everything is by email and comitments made were not follwoed through.

Terribel support and onboarding proces. The handoff from sales to cusotmer supprot has bene horrible.

In addition, it does have trouble loading every once in a while, and requires a hard reset.

Sales Rep was educated, nice, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Then the product was easy to use and solved what we needed.

It has been a game-changer for our teams at work. We all use it as our email client and it helps us communicate more effectively which saves time and ultimately money.

G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.

I love have the G Suite since my domain name is my business name which makes it more professional and official. It's a good email platform and I'm happy with it.

Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.

Great! i love the functionality. Not only is this software useful for business operation but for personal use as well.

Overall I am very satisfied and love using G suite for mine and my client's business. It offers so much integrations and ways to expand and empower on all kinds of systems.

I have found Google Workspace to be a pleasure to work with. It meets all of my needs and I really like that everything is in the Google Cloud so I know it's safe and secure.

It is a great free product and I have always had a good experience with storing my information on there and would definitely recommend it to others.

So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.

I love using it, The video quality in Chat/hangouts is really good. 95 percent of our users all enjoy how easy it is and that it just works.

Outstanding, I have been using it for years now and despite there being cheaper option, the benefits simply outweigh cost difference.

I love that G Suite has multiple tools you can use to help you complete projects. I also love that you can share the documents easily with other team members so they can work on it as well.

I LOVE that I can access my files and edit them almost seamlessly on any device that I have Google drive downloaded on. Not having to lug around my work laptop just to access my files is so nice.

Like most of Google's offerings,  Google Workspace is pretty easy to use. Particularly if you have any experience with GMail, you will LOVE this product.

I love the ease of use and the way my emails are organized. This is the best email service on the market.

Easy to use, great at integration, easy management, well-known company, excellent customer service and updates are simple.

The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.

Its super easy to integrate with other technologies. Its amazing to have everything all in one place.

Love it and recommend it highly, especially for charitable orgs who need good, reliable, easy to use email/suite of products without high costs.

Google drive makes it really easy to store, organize and sift through all types of content. Google Meet is one of the best video-conferencing solutions out there - very fast to set up, good quality.

The ease of use and seamless integration across products is incredibly useful and definitely makes this one of my favourite softwares to use.
