Pros
- It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.
- I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.
Cons
- It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.
- If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.
Pros
- I love having the ability to categorize insights, assign them to users/companies, and attach them to features or ideas on the roadmap.
- Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.
Cons
- Unfortunately, there is almost no reporting available. So although I can prioritise against company objectives, it is nearly impossible to report back on how much time and resource is allocated.
- A little cumbersome when searching for content. I will search for items that I know are in the board and no results come up.
