QuotaPath's support is top notch, and the software is extremely easy to use.

Plans of comp are little complicated to understand. I don't see value on using goals dashboard because we already use another tool for that.

QuotaPath implementation was an easy win and made me look good.

I really like how everything is clear and visually clean.

It runs like a native Salesforce app without any delays in sync. I love the UI and it is very easy to create plans.

I had some problems with the interface with Salesforce at the start.

As a salesperson, the ability to track my progress towards multiple targets in a quarter, as well as my commissions (including accelerators) is fantastic.

QuotaPath allows me to track team attainment and confirm with Individual Contributors with ease. I am now able to put the control in the reps hands so that they can monitor their attainment.

QuotaPath seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, our sales reporting tool, which was appealing to us. We liked the simplicity of the system and ease for setting up plans.

A little weird to get the hang of & understand how to calculate.

It's a very intuitive tool and quick to pick up which makes it easy for reps to quickly understand. I like the log of history for each opportunity/deal that comes through the tool.

Quotapath is there to grow with you. Very happy with the purchase, it's made tracking commissions much easier and would highly recommend to any business - big or small.

Relatively easy to use, AMAZING customer service, best pricing for smaller business.

It is intuitive to use (important to me) and easy to navigate. It is helpful to see and keep track of my monthly commissions laid out clearly.

It's customizable enough to set up simple and complex commission plans. The hubspot integration is great.

They also have flexible pricing options for small businesses whereas their competitors have a minimum number of seats required typically starting at 10 and going up to 50 minimum seats required.

No connection to HR tools to where it can pull in new hires. A limitation is that it only syncs with SalesForce, Close, and Hub Spot.

That said, I did request one of these to be fixed and they did it right away (select/deselect all in some of the drop down menus).

The ease of onboarding and the excellent customer support. SENSITIVE CONTENT], has been fantastic.

The data is only as accurate as what's put into it, so it does require support within the organization to ensure the correct commission rates, etc are uploaded.

It has been a fantastic tool overall, and my SDRs enjoy monitoring and tracking their attainment throughout the month.

Also, we aren't able to use QuotaPath for 606 yet because not all of the fields we need from our CRM can be pulled over. That is in part a limitation of our CRM.

When an Owner has lots of sales or a sale is named slightly different than our records, it is hard to find sometimes.

Unable to filter / sort fields view statements but can download as spreadsheet to sort/filter offline.

The navigation could be a little confusing with 2 components to commission.

It gives good clarity on the compensations and the understanding of what and why the compensation is paid. Easy comparisons between months and good tracking of the earning potential.

Graphs can be confusing to read. Does not denote where accelerators kick in.

There is nothing in particular that I dislike about using the CaptivateIQ platform.

A few of the things that CaptivateIQ does great is the ease of processing commission statements and its diverse integrations.

The color scheme is also a bit dull - consider oranges or reds. It also was troubling trying to log-in at first.

The UI is super friendly, and it really is easy to navigate. All the things that are important to me and my role are easy to access.
