- Its quite hard to pick just one positive. I suppose the automatic vegetation worksheet calculations are the biggest time saver.
- The copy/paste feature makes similar wetlands that are next to each other quick and easy to fill out, with minor changes. As a consultant, Ecobot is definitely a great application to use in the field.
Cons
- The app is useless without a web interface editing. Although it may speed things up in the field, the office time to make any edits after the fact is annoying and time consuming.
- You must manually go back in and make the corrections. That makes it hard for project managers to edit data from multiple field crews and get the data forms back.
Pros
- The easy of the system for both admins and users has made the integration of the system into the business efficient and effective as we have used terms that the business are familiar with.
- Additionally, the implementation support provided through Risk Rising has been excellent. The ability to link workflows and report out information has been valuable for executive reporting.
Cons
- Sometimes, especially if you are just starting out with the tool, there can be unwanted downstream impact to other workflows.
- Need features to be able to see which users have viewed each risk within the system. This will allow accountability.
