The app is useless without a web interface editing. Although it may speed things up in the field, the office time to make any edits after the fact is annoying and time consuming.

Ease of use and interface. We liked the fee structure as well.

Its quite hard to pick just one positive. I suppose the automatic vegetation worksheet calculations are the biggest time saver.

You must manually go back in and make the corrections. That makes it hard for project managers to edit data from multiple field crews and get the data forms back.

The maps don't seem to download for offline use - even while I'm connected to WiFi.

The copy/paste feature makes similar wetlands that are next to each other quick and easy to fill out, with minor changes. As a consultant, Ecobot is definitely a great application to use in the field.

We used to do notes by hand in field books. We often have problems with handwriting or missing data or just different note-taking styles that leave too much room for interpretation.

The customer service has been excellent and any questions/concerns we have had have been addressed in a timely matter.

They are very responsive to my needs and always provide me with a solution or an acceptable explanation.

All-in-all, it is just a great product and worth the investment. The staff at Ecobot is obviously invested in every aspect of the app.

Additionally, the search function for vegetation was very user friendly, and has multiple ways to search for a plant species.

The vegetation and soil parts of the app look really good and easy to use. I like that the options for soil indicator are pared down based on your location.

The ability to save and send the completed form from the field to the cloud is also very helpful and efficient. The dashboard is also very user friendly and serves multiple functions.

A Great Tool to Help Field Work Transition Into Report Writing.

I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to help support field staff and increase efficiency on projects of all sizes.

I like the idea of using more technology to improve my workflow. However, it's too soon to know if Ecobot will be a cost-effective solution for me.

All of our field-based and office-based questions and issues have been quickly addressed and/or resolved.

If I have an issue or question, it is easy to get in touch with the team for help.

We have found the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the software to be excellent.

I have had a great experience with Ecobot. The customer support has been unparalleled.

The customer service has been amazing and every time I have a question or need help, there is either a video or the service has been prompt and educational.

Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.

Ease of use and great functionality - very easy to export desired reports.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Great software, price is affordable for small businesses.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.
