It's hard to find cons over this vendor. Need some stability upgrades over issues for crashing the software for working larger products.

Excellent product, easy to use to integrate construction disciplines.

With the release of ArchiCAD V23 there are a lot of new features that have increased my more flow. The integration of  add-ons like TwinMotion and the new an improved coloumns and beams tools.

Sometimes I like that archicad is less rigid than Revit. It's easy to create what you want and to get it to look the way it should.

Nice update and so easy to use, and also i really apricciate the great graphic result inside that i never found in another software.

It is difficult to find enough learning material and what already exists is very difficult for understandning for people out of coding world.

I think it is good enough for my and my friends' work experiences that he achieved with us a lot of structures and buildings.

So easy to use and even faster, it has also very good graphic result to accomodite the detail of project model.

Nice modelling integration, third party apps would be nice.

The navigation is okay as well. And the support team has been very accommodating.

We tried ArchiCAD as an alternative to AutoCAD, and it is a great product with the ability to create 2D and 3D views simultaneously.

It was a fun program to try and use but the way the industry is going it doesnt seem to be the best for me as a landscape designer.

Used daily in our office, the workflow is set up very well, drawings can be published quickly and with little effort, so it definitely is worth the money.

It's an outstanding tool for BIM coordinators and which is best used for combining documentation with visualization.

Archicad will force you to be inaccurate unless you fight it to your last breath. You'll curse Archicad's lack of ortho snaps.

The best feature of Archicad is the ability to edit the structure in 3D at a very acceptable and adequate speed making visualization very simple.

Teaching new employees how to use esub can sometimes be difficult.

If they aren't kept up to date you can lose track of everything, rendering the logs available useless.

Produces excellent daily reports for manpower by cost code that are easy to download. Excellent cost tracking by cost code and issues.

The greatest benefit I see in eSub is the way it takes tasks that are moderately complicated and simplifies them, making the work we do much more efficient.

On the PO's if the lines were shaded different colors it would eliminate some mistakes from our suppliers.

We have been very happy with eSub's continued enhancements and their technical support staff is very helpful and very easy to get a hold of.

The software has a very good suite of tools and is relatively easy to use. Nice clean UI compared to many other tools in this space.

Customer support is top notch. Training was intuitive and integration was seamless.

Project management was made much easier with eSub. The ability for all relevant staff to access the information was priceless.

It was a bit difficult to get the old guard foremen on job sites to implement. They were a bit resistant to change, but everything is streamlined for them.

Processing Change orders and RFI's are done quickly and can be seen and approved just as fast. Field productivity has increased due to being able to get accurate information fast and accurately.

RFI's can be started by our field leaders on the eSub app, and finished by the PM in the office. All of these have a great tracking system through the log provided.

The ease of use for entering daily reports makes it fast and efficient for my field supervisors to enter daily reports and hours and be able to attach pictures right from the app is a game changer.

They get back to us right away and have always fixed the issue every time. They are very friendly and courteous as well.

The ability to generate, send and track in one spot is a huge time save.

The ability to have all of our project information in one location and be cloud based. The product support and training was excellent.

We use the Sage 300 connector, and all project financials are current in our projects on eSub. There's a cost to complete function that is a great way to get an idea of how the project will finish.

Great product with lots of features, but did not integrate with our required accounting/ERP system.

Overall I cannot think of anything that I can say that I dislike.

Training and implementation was not what I expected for the price you pay. Does not integrate well with accounting.
