Very happy with the tracking of job activity, billing and job status.

The real time tickets are great, the pictures are a big help for us and the owner and sales guys can access the work that has been done as well. Reports are an easy run to get different stats as well.

Before Bolt, I would often show up to a job that is ready for me and yet I cannot do what I need because of a lack of provided information on site. I very rarely have this problem now.

They keep using obscure Gmail accounts and sending emails what a waste of a company time.

It has helped hold our company accountable and to see where our weak links exist. The absolute best scheduling assistant money can buy.

Getting locked out of software & no way to reset it.

The guys in the field can upload pictures and complete or change work orders. I love the ability to invoice directly into my Quickbooks program.

It does freeze up sometimes, or run slow. Which makes it difficult in my fast paced job.

They will never quit emailing you they are a total waste of my life.

Functionality and ease of use. It serves our company well, the software support is amazing.

I like how easy it is to work my schedule for days even weeks out. User interface is super intuitive.

Lack of updates, losing tasks. Supervisor will task multiple things and it doesn’t get relayed to the field tech in time causing reoccurring visits to the job site... and on and on.

We can easily reassign crews and/or jobs. The Superintendants all love receiving the confirmations.

To me , keeping everything organized and eliminating paper is the best. Being able to assign tasks to my crews is really practical and in detail.

My staff is finding the system very easy to learn and use. The support staff  has been a pleasure to work with.

Which means money comes in faster and that is GREAT. Bolt has made our day to day work much much easier, and since people can get access in the field it has really made things much more efficient.

Inability for material orders to be placed by more than one crew member assigned a specific work order.

I did/do dislike having to order my work materials through the Bolt App.

With all software programs, there are cons. There are days that BOLT lags and/or glitches, however, these are few to none.

Ease of use; user friendly; detailed information.

I am overall pretty pleased with the program. We have had a few issues with it but have ether figured it out ourselves or we get help from the support team.

The customer support is always very prompt and ALWAYS willing to help in whatever way they can. If you are looking make a change to benefit your company Bolt is the best choice.

Overall it has been a good experience. The software has evolved with updates and improvements to meet our current needs.

I love that I can get my questions answered quickly either through the Help section or chat feature.

Using the templates saves time and keeps you focused on the things that matter. The tutorial videos are a blessing as they make it easy to explore and utilize the features at a high level.

It is so easy and intuitive to use this programme even for beginner.

I really can’t say that there is anything that I don’t like about this software.

I was using a very detailed excel sheet for tracking my renovations that can sometimes get a little complicated. The cost tracking on this software so far has been great.

Quickly calculation for profits after purchase, rehab, holding, and sale. I like the ability to lump sum repair estimates and then do a detailed version for more precise numbers.

What i enjoyed most here is the accounting section, between project budgeter and expense tracker and income tracker this software makes my life so easy.

What I like about FlipperForce is the ability to track each project and have a break down of their finances and contacts. They have been doing an outstanding job with the updates.

Most impressive has been the fantastic customer service. We ask a lot of questions, and they are always promptly and personally answered in a way that makes sense and is helpful.

I don't like that I have to complete the beginning stage of a project in order for it to release drop down in my expense tracker screen.

I love how allof our projects are in one place and we all can access each one with ease.

The software includes very powerful job estimator tools snd reports. Customer Service is amazing.

I have not had any issues that I haven't seen improved. The crazy thing is that I didn't even inquire about it.

Don't like the way it exports data to the scope of work. It exports alphabetically, instead of by components as it is in the program.

Could not enter additional expenses in rehab list. Some little graphic defects from time to time.

It is a good starting tool to measure project potential. They company is in continuing development of the product so there are almost weekly updates to functionality and ability.

I love the budget tracking feature. It lets me add expenses, and estimates my expected profit.

I have only had one issue (user error) and I emailed and received a response within 15 minutes and resolved my issue.

The software is very easy to use and intuitive.

I don't like how the vendors can't be alphabetized.

I love the project estimator and the report generator. Very easy to use and provides me with a quick, fast, and easy way to analyze a project.

Great product for a small business and also for business that do over 20 projects a year.

My favorite things is the continuity of the product. From analyzing the deal to manage and accounting that is complex enough to capture certain details but easy enough to work it's what you need.

I loved the ease of use and the ability for the product to analyze large sets of data (costs and fees) very quickly. That ability helps identify opportunities in just minutes.

Notes on individual repair items seem to disappear when I generate the report.
