Very happy with the tracking of job activity, billing and job status.

The real time tickets are great, the pictures are a big help for us and the owner and sales guys can access the work that has been done as well. Reports are an easy run to get different stats as well.

Before Bolt, I would often show up to a job that is ready for me and yet I cannot do what I need because of a lack of provided information on site. I very rarely have this problem now.

They keep using obscure Gmail accounts and sending emails what a waste of a company time.

It has helped hold our company accountable and to see where our weak links exist. The absolute best scheduling assistant money can buy.

Getting locked out of software & no way to reset it.

The guys in the field can upload pictures and complete or change work orders. I love the ability to invoice directly into my Quickbooks program.

It does freeze up sometimes, or run slow. Which makes it difficult in my fast paced job.

They will never quit emailing you they are a total waste of my life.

Functionality and ease of use. It serves our company well, the software support is amazing.

I like how easy it is to work my schedule for days even weeks out. User interface is super intuitive.

Lack of updates, losing tasks. Supervisor will task multiple things and it doesn’t get relayed to the field tech in time causing reoccurring visits to the job site... and on and on.

We can easily reassign crews and/or jobs. The Superintendants all love receiving the confirmations.

To me , keeping everything organized and eliminating paper is the best. Being able to assign tasks to my crews is really practical and in detail.

My staff is finding the system very easy to learn and use. The support staff  has been a pleasure to work with.

Which means money comes in faster and that is GREAT. Bolt has made our day to day work much much easier, and since people can get access in the field it has really made things much more efficient.

Inability for material orders to be placed by more than one crew member assigned a specific work order.

I did/do dislike having to order my work materials through the Bolt App.

With all software programs, there are cons. There are days that BOLT lags and/or glitches, however, these are few to none.

Ease of use; user friendly; detailed information.

I am overall pretty pleased with the program. We have had a few issues with it but have ether figured it out ourselves or we get help from the support team.

The customer support is always very prompt and ALWAYS willing to help in whatever way they can. If you are looking make a change to benefit your company Bolt is the best choice.

Overall it has been a good experience. The software has evolved with updates and improvements to meet our current needs.

I really like that I can use it on my laptop or phone and switch between the two, plus the job-costing feature is fantastic.

This integrates great with TSheets it allows you to work through all the time cards with ease and get people paid on time.

Integration to Quickbooks is very good once setup properly. Service is fantastic although they can't fix it if the software itself is the issue.

This is the easiest program, it makes your job so easy and the customer service is outstanding. You can call anytime and they will walk you through anything you want to do.

Its ease of use and ability to integrate with Quickbooks as well as payroll services is a huge plus.

It has been great being able to clock in and out from my phone and keeping track of my pto and holiday pay. Overall experience has been amazing.

Overall TSheets has done a good job to save our time and maintain records. We are over all satisfied with the job.

That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone.

I really dislike the amount of redundant features advertised as individual separate features. It was frustrating to say the least.

As a new user to the software I have been using the chat feature for help quite a bit and all the agents are amazing CP1 was super helpful today.

TSheets was wonderful and the customer service was the top of the line.

Me personally I would recommend it to  my friends and own circle of relatives to try this great platform. Employees can clock in themselves and simply watch for approvals is only a win for us.

We have been using Quickbooks times for many years now. It helps us create the employee schedules as well track their time on specific tasks which improves our billing process.

Some features can be added, e.g. California meal violation premium pay and Meal waiver (so there is no premium pay).

The Tsheets makes it easy for the employees, supervisor and accounting departments to report hours, collect facts and track projects, but overall this is a good software to have at a great price.

Customer support service has been a wonderful help with answering all my tsheet help needs.

Very easy to use, complies data for HR and payroll with ease. Keeps a great record of my time as well as other people in the company.

When T-Sheets ran their own customer service center, they were absolutely wonderful. Quick to respond, always helpful and had answers.

This is very user friendly and easy to use on a cell phone. I like that it can track where you clock in and out.

I was not able to use TSheets long enough to find a downside. We had to cancel as a result of losing our hourly employees during the COVID crisis.

I was really excited about all of the features this product had to offer.

Having an app that each employee could download following a link and then clock in and out in a super straightforward manner was fantastic.

Good! when i had a small issue, Rep did a wonderful job helping me understand how to fix it.

Overall experience is good enough. I think this is pretty much helpful for any organization.

Customer service is wonderful, precise help line, they meet our desires in the office.

The customer service is the best. The reps were really helpful and I appreciate the time and detail spent helping us out.

The user interface is not the most intuitive, and sometimes it is easy to miss when you have input the wrong phase for a billable period.

Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

Ease of use with the QuickBooks Time helps with time tracking for all employees, making payroll easy.

Our accountant also love the ease in reporting. The biggest plus - we are now able to accurately price our packages based off historical labor hours thanks to T-sheets.

This is more of a failure of staff than the product, but is something that should not be dismissed.

Problems we have been/are currently experiencing. One employee has been unable to log into the app, can only do so through email.

The thing I liked most about the software is that it comes with very friendly customer support. Its the same quality that I love about Go Daddy.

Is has so many benefits that has already been impressive to review, geo-fencing for when subbies get on-site and can track there time in and out.

I quit using T-Sheets because Intuit is so terrible at customer service.

The only bad thing about this software was the account features in which it frequently asked you to reset your password about every 4 months.

Ease of use , and when I do have a question I have received outstanding customer support.

Thank goodness they haven't had to use this feature yet, but knowing it is there is comforting.

Easy to set up, easy to use, and has increased our billing thanks to accuracy in understand labor costs for our projects.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.

Overall I really like TSheets, and I have been considering changing from Ebillity. The integration with QuickBooks, ease of use, and great features are the total package.

Overall, t-sheets has been great. When we separated from the original account to our own smaller account, the staff was super helpful.

I love the Quickbooks time. Very easy to use and even has a tracking feature.
