I love the ability to keep a live punchlist on a project that is able to be shared among my team.

Assign it to the responsible party and track it throughout its completion. Everyone is on the same page.

The ease of use and pretty good applcation for construction building.

My overall experience has been very good. The app is a great tool and reminder for punch list items.

Ease of use and minimal training requirement was the best part of this software. The contractors were able to start using it right away.

It saved a lot of money on my end and that in itself is worth alot.

We love the ease of use and how easy it is to share reports and forward to subcotractors.

I don’t like that you can not delete activities even if they were a mistake.

There is sometimes issues with viewing pictures when not connected to WiFi. There is sometimes an issue with the app lagging when using without a WiFi connection.

We rely heavily on the pictures that we take, but when we print up the reports it can be a blittle hard to see what the item actually is.

Sometime sluggish interface/ freezing screen. Some syncing issues between apps on a couple devices.

I dislike that you cannot delete any activities once they are marked in the app.

I love how easy and user friendly the phone app is. Most of the foreman in charge of punch list were very hesitant to download and use it.

Can kill a battery pretty fast. At times force closures can be annoying.

The overall experience has been awesome so far, great app.

I like it that there are different sections for different tasks and locations.

The support that Houzz offers is unparalleled, in my experience. I also love the way it integrates with my Houzz profile.

Houzz is one of the best augmented reality applications with its features and works. Especially the perfect product placement and the fact that it makes the coatings look real are great details.

All in one, Contacts, leads, estimates, invoices, CRM, messaging and pay.

I really like the user friendliness and ease of use for myself and leads as well.

I like that it links my Houzz public page to my website making changes easier. I also feel that having good customer service help has been key.

I like that Houzz Pro has improve the quality of the leads that is sent to me. And, the ability to request and receive reviews.

Started off slow but is now a very good investment.

I'm impressed with the increased capacity to relay more information about my business, while still retaining the ease of use on my end.

But I still find it difficult. It's even difficult initially for me to understand what you are wanting me to review.

When matched with a potential client...the online form asks for full name but most often potential clients only enter their first name which makes for awkward or unprofessional first contact.

We have won many projects from Houzz and love using the app to stay on top of our leads and send templated initial messages quickly.

The Houzz pro software design program is still buggy and missing key items such as stairs and a fireplace. Bugs need to be fixed as I have lost floor plans  and needed to regain trust in the program.

The ease of navigating through the website makes my daily use less complicated. Having someone who dedicated to our accounts helps when I have questions on how to improve our site.

Other than if you have a problem that needs to escalate past your account rep you’ll have to write a bad review before they actually reach out to you.

Our overall experience has been great. Customer support is wonderful as is the product and the price for the product.

Very simple and easy to use with very worthwhile integrations for a seamless and great experience.

This makes great mood boards, beautiful proposals and invoices, is super easy to use and fairly seamless to integrate with Quickbooks.

Our customer service rep has been pretty excellent, which has probably been the best part.

And to top it off, all the Houzz team and account executives are very friendly and there to help when the need arises.

Houzz is a wonderful tool for up-and-coming designers to establish solid systems and processes for how they work.

The ease of the integration of this software was great. We also love that there are sever al video tutorials to assist as well as our rep who seems to be freely available.

I am still trying to change to a simpler package but have gotten no response from these people.
