Pros/Cons
Pros
- A very user friendly software product with a great support team who are always working to make it better. We have already recommended it and got others in the industry using it.
- It integrates seamlessly to Xero which has made it very simple to implement. We like the ability to track staff when required and the fact that it has a full health and safety component also.
- Its also provides us with good analytical data on jobs, so we can see our margins and net profit we are making. Very happy with the service provided.
Cons
- Every now and then if pushed wrong button to escape would loose the email draft.
- Lack of fields in parts database, no link to google calendar, no subtotals to match sub headings in quotes and invoices, no photos linked to parts.
- It's always hard changing software, so the change was painful.
Pros
- I love the email automation. I set up follow up emails to customers after a certain amount of time and the return has been awesome.
- Interface with Quickbooks is great - when there is any kind of integration problem, I get the notification and it tells me what I need to do to resolve. The support team has been awesome throughout.
- So far I love how easy it has been to use and the support is absolutely amazing. Its so nice to know when I am out in the field I can manage everything from my app.
Cons
- Has to be close to the worst interfaces for a company just because of the lack of customer support.
- Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
- Decision killer was the inability for expense tracking. This was a no go and I terminated the trial.
