Knowify represents an excellent QB Online integrated app for specialty contractors and subcontractors. The product has all the functionality to plan, propose and engage customers.

Customers complain about the invoicing, it's confusing.

Some times the address look up system does not work. The phone log in app tends to lag or not work at times.

This software makes it very simple to make change orders, simple invoicing, and great documentation.

Our ability to track job profitability, manage employee's time, and provide easy reporting for the bosses has been fantastic.

As a consultant to a construction client, I found the software very easy to learn and use, with the best customer service I have ever experienced in software.

Editing times in the time tracker is difficult. It took some time for our employees to get used to using the time tracker and fixing their time was difficult.

The integrations are fantastic and keep work flow going. Their mobile app is very simple so all of our supers are able to navigate  through the app in English or in Spanish which is a huge plus.

Knowify is singularly impressive in it's ability to speak to both the complex and real time needs of contractors while satisfying the employee, office staff, and the accountant's requirements.

Te main problem that I solved was time, now I have the bidding and invoicing in the same program.

We have employed estimators that have used other competitors products, such as HCSS in the past. Once they use Sharpesoft, they are amazed with how easy it is to use and how powerful the software is.

We have yet to come upon a feature or service that we feel the need to complain about.

So far no real cons on this program however I am only 4-6 months in using the program.

Ease of use and training required are bigger cost factors than the software cost.

We have acquired over $500 Million dollars worth of work using Sharpesoft Estimator.

The scope of work report and formatting is not the easiest to use.

The ability to build crews and assemblies for recurring items of work.

The personal and live demo that SharpeSoft offered was very helpful for us. Their training was and continues to be top-notch.

There's no program for diary/timecard tracking against estimated/budgeted costs.

Analysing changes and alternatives is quick and accurate. Easy to archive estimates for quick crew and cost retrieval.

What I particularly enjoy is the trench profile program within the estimating software.

Allows you to do estimates quickly and efficiently. Easy to print out reports.

The developers of the software understand our business and have consistently responded swiftly with meaningful updates.

A great tool for estimating and project management.

The time and heartache that I have witnessed trying programs that I was promised worked together has lost my company and other's, employee time and lost revenue.

We were doing all of our estimates by hand originally and this has saved us so much time in all of our bids and we are now able to get out a lot more and stop missing out on bids due.

The ease of building your specific crews and material lists and always having them at the ease of one click is extremely productive.

Ease of use and outstanding support. I believe this software is tailor made for the dirt / heavy civil industry.

I find Estimator easy to use. The support is top notch, I never have to wait for help.

It is a user friendly software and provides everything you would need whether it be the basic or a more complex estimate.

I use Sharpsoft after the estimators have set up the job and prepare the bid to be sent off. I mostly use this for tracking the cost of the job and mark up percentages as well.

Offered on a best-of-breed basis, SharpeSoft provides integrated tools for labor and equipment costing, contractor management, bid management, proposal generator and more.

SharpeSoft Estimator allows contractors to send bidding invitations to subcontractors, accept and shortlist bids received. The 'Item Master' allows businesses to save subcontractor details, compare bid proposals, group projects and more.
