The process for me was a little harder than usual because I live in a country that is really hard to make business with.

Their support team is also great,  I'm in a country that is really hard to make business with, and Florian Prokosch had a personal meeting with me to help me sort out all the issues I was having.

Remote has allowed us to solve our employment needs in markets in which we don’t currently have a legal entity in place. It’s allowed us to access amazing talent who are based all around the world.

Overall the UI is really intuitive and easy to navigate. Very straightforward onboarding.

The most hated part of Zoho is its Customer support , it is very pathetic and sometimes it is very glitchy which makes the CRM unusable.

The UI is so confusing that I had trouble discovering the features that I needed.

Sometimes, i can even login to the platform and keep showing an error for the Captcha. Other than that, the email template that are provided is difficult to edit and not many option to customized it.

I primarily use it for business e-mails and internal communication. I love how clean and organized it keeps all of my e-mails, and I love the tabs and how customizable my inbox is.

Reminders are extremely helpful in followups. Campaign analytics are really awesome and gives the best analytics to identify the top leads.

The RingCentral integration is especially great with company wide caller ID that syncs with all Modules and the integration between the Zoho ecosystem is just great.

The calendar is pretty good, it has a very good and constant feedback, graphs and charts are really useful.

We are happy overall with the Zoho experience. It is perfect for us to collect sales data and to see graphically where we are for the year.
