  • Pros

  • We are already seeing a return on our investment in better tracking and reporting of employee hours, along with saving time in processing payroll from our prior vendor.
  • Integration was very user friendly and the staff was great helping us to get up and going. The biggest pro of WorkMax is the bottom line.
  • Cons

  • We had a very difficult time getting it up and running with our group. We ended up having to drop them and move on to another time tracking system.
  • I would say the permission set up is a little repetitive and clunky, but that could be in the structure of our company and not the software.

  • Easy to use, has a good free tier, innovative, friendly UI and UX, a good product in general, good mobile application.
  • Easy setup, they have different templates for different industries which is nice, can quite easily adjust it with the Zoho Creator, customer support is great too.
  • Cons

  • The most hated part of Zoho is its Customer support , it is very pathetic and sometimes it is very glitchy which makes the CRM unusable.
  • We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
