Need stronger integration with other products, such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp - it's very hard to segment SMS and emails separately. Opt-in pop-ups lack many settings and controls we need.

It's so easy to split test messages, unlike our previous provider. They also have a weekly call with us where we discuss best practices, improvements we can make, or integrations we may want to use.

While very feature-rich, there are still things missing.

I love how easy it is to use and they make it user friendly even for the beginners of beginners.

It's difficult to find cons with the product because no sooner have you found fault than support is pointing to a new feature or upgrade that solves it, to say nothing of the things you've overlooked.

Furthermore, the integration of AI humans alongside the chatbox adds an extra layer of authenticity and engagement.

Easy to use: HumanBot is a very intuitive platform that is easy to learn and use. Even if you have no experience with conversational AI, you can be up and running in minutes.

Limited features: HumanBot is still a relatively new platform, so it doesn't have all of the features that some users might want. For example, there is no way to show images in the chat.
