  • Pros

  • To get up and running was easy. Pricing is fair and ongoing product enhancements are frequent and allow them to stay ahead of trends and competition.
  • It also affords us the opportunity to foster relationship by sending broadcasts of holiday well wishes and thanks vs strictly sales messages.
  • Cons

  • The mobile web page is hard to navigate at times.
  • The only complaint I have with this software is the character counts and the image sizes for broadcasts.

  • Sensitive content hidden] keeps improving on it and it's going to have a huge ROI. I hate subscriptions and prefer to buy or make the applications we use; making HumanBot a very good buy.
  • This service is cost effective, easy to setup and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • It's difficult to find cons with the product because no sooner have you found fault than support is pointing to a new feature or upgrade that solves it, to say nothing of the things you've overlooked.
  • Limited features: HumanBot is still a relatively new platform, so it doesn't have all of the features that some users might want. For example, there is no way to show images in the chat.
