Pros
- The thing that I like about freshchat is the simplicity of the UI and its various automation options. I used it for a trial period and I liked the overall experience of it.
- I love how easy the dashboard was and how easy it was to set up on my wordpress website. The chat was also very clean, very easy to use multiple members of my team.
Cons
- Should not have to re-enter all of the information we already put into freshdesk. This is very time consuming and confusing.
- However, occasionally, the human sales associates aren’t knowledgeable, tired of answering questions, therefore rude and careless or have to ask another associate.
Pros
- Ability to add photos, forms were easy to build and very attractive, love the themes, free version had lots of features.
- I love that TypeForm can integrate with other software in the market. It makes it easy to book calls and qualify clients when I can connect typeform to software like ClickFunnels.
Cons
- Unfortunately the editor is sometimes very slow if you have several logical steps and questions. Furthermore the own integration to Airtable is very bad, we prefer to use paper in between.
- Some of the forms I create can be quite complex and as such the platform seems to slow down accordingly which can be a bit frustrating at times.
