  • Sensitive content hidden] keeps improving on it and it's going to have a huge ROI. I hate subscriptions and prefer to buy or make the applications we use; making HumanBot a very good buy.
  • This service is cost effective, easy to setup and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • It's difficult to find cons with the product because no sooner have you found fault than support is pointing to a new feature or upgrade that solves it, to say nothing of the things you've overlooked.
  • Limited features: HumanBot is still a relatively new platform, so it doesn't have all of the features that some users might want. For example, there is no way to show images in the chat.

  • I was find a lot of time a best chat solution to my website and with a friend I know Smartsupp, simply the best.

  • We're looking at closing it down as we now don't have automatic messages when we miss people.
  • When there is a chat lost and I do not receive the user's email address to contact him again.
