Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The price and the functionality is great. Very easy to start using.

  • Easy to navigate. Modules are streamlined. A bit confusing at first; however, once one becomes familiar, it's easy to use.

  • Cons

  • There is not all of the bells and whistles that you get with some CRM systems however due to the good price and functionality it is still a very good option.

  • The only con that i find in it is that it is abit tough to learn at one shot. So new ones take some time in getting handy with it.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, scalable to any size company and has a fantastic phone app.

  • It is very flexible and allows you to do a lot of what you need.

  • Cons

  • Can be difficult to implement, time consuming to create but saves time in the long run

  • The software overall works correctly, the only problem I might say is that it is expensive compared to what other free software offer.
