Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and implement immediately. No need for long training. Support is friendly and extremely competent. No downtime until now. Free version to try out. Cost-benefit is great.

  • The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.

  • Cons

  • The automation is limited for the free version. Although the landing page and form builder is really useful, I felt it was quite limiting in the design aspect.

  • It could do a little more on the sales pipeline side but at the price available I can deal with that.

  • Pros

  • The interface is very intuitive and I love how the dialer is integrated into the lead page.

  • The software is easy to use, effective and allows me to personalize my outreach at scale - which is incredibly valuable

  • Cons

  • There are times when there are some bugs that will not load correctly. These, however, are addressed quickly.

  • It doesn't integrate with HubSpot, only SalesForce. Completely understandable but detracts a bit from the capabilities.
