  • Pros

  • I like the cost being somewhat fair, and I like that most other companies now recognize them. We have been with them since the inception.
  • Their knowledge and friendliness have been impressive. The proactive approach of the SEO team, calling to discuss analytics and recommendations, further solidified our appreciation for Automanager.
  • I have used at least 4-5 desking software, so far this is the best. It it great software and they are constantly improving it.
  • Cons

  • Customer service is terrible. It's hard to understand, and they were always annoyed that you even called them.
  • I dislike most that Automanager can be a bit convoluted at times.
  • Limited Migration Tools, Limited some of the utility.

  • It offers one of the best CRM as well as it provides an automation of marketing. Its reporting is also superb along with Drip Marketing and Landing Pages which are also just great.
  • CRM capabilities are amazing being able to organize all of your customers, warm leads, and cold list is a single dashboard is super powerful.
  • I love the tracking of our opportunities with the access to forecast our high and low potential month by month. It's also wonderful to understand where the weakest points are for conversion.
  • Cons

  • The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.
  • When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.
  • I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.
