Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the user friendly interface and the ease of use. It allows me to see any updates regarding clients and allow my coworkers to stay up to date on tasks and important information.

  • Good value for cost per user. Like the web-based format and the customization options.

  • Cons

  • Had problems utilizing the marketing module, but was informed by customer service how to use it correctly

  • Doesn't let me open up stored files within client record. Have to download to view. There is nothing I don't like about this vendor.

  • Pros

  • Love this CRM due to the fact it is so easy to use. The training really is self explanatory and I LOVE the reports it can run.

  • Very Easy to use. It can fill almost every need we need

  • Cons

  • Not the prettiest software to look at but gets the job done.

  • Can not fill every need for automation. Many items required manual notes be added
