Pros/Cons
Pros
- Plenty of good usage as a CRM and the automated emailing works like a charm after it set up.
- It helps to effectively generate and manage leads,track them and follow up effectively till they are converted.
- I like the included free service of having a concierge who does all of the pre qualifying for me so I can focus on other important tasks.
Cons
- Adding a new lead (fake # or no #). Landline numbers (why not call? Just pass along to agent?).
- When you have Leads such as gaye boi, i mean really. Bad phone numbers and emails.
- I think it takes a long time to hear back from someone regarding any problems or issues a user can have at times.
Pros
- Follow Up Boss has been great. Sensitive content hidden] has been our account representative and is proactive in meeting with us to tell us what we can be doing better and utilizing at a higher level.
- The whole team and especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been fabulous to work with. Really appreciate their ongoing training and tutorials, and love having a success manager to help us.
- I love how it makes contacting my client list almost effortless. Additionally, the fact that it has the ability to record calls and provide transcripts is helpful in updating notes.
Cons
- I have brought issues to their attention sveeral times and they refuse to fix them.
- That the alerts are not consistent. I will sometimes get communication from a client and it won’t alert me.
- The cost was my dilemma so newbies and those who aren't quite branded in the field yet might find the expense a bit much.
