No way to pull info from Google Calendar. Have to start from scratch or not use calendar inside program which is dumb.

I've used a handful of CRMs before joining my current team and I have never gotten the kind of support and consistent training (with awesome people, I might add!) that I get with Brivity.

I have watched my partner use this system successfully and now we have expanded and purchased the program for our newly found Brokerage.

There is so much you can do in Brivity that it is hard to navigation/prioritize what to do first.

It is very easy to use and consistently is being updated with new features to make growing our business easier.

The UI/UX is very functional and intuitive. Customer support is fantastic as well - I get answers to questions/concerns on the same day.

This is a high functioning software and after using a different interface that was much superior I was so pleased with the selection. Honestly - we underutilize all that Brivity can do.

There wasn't much out there. I was impressed by Call Proof's ability to customize and structure the system to our needs.

At the beginning, and even occasionally here and there, there are some app bugs that can be a bit frustrating for our outside reps however they do quickly fix the situation.

Integration was pretty seamless. Love that we can customize and add/change fields ourselves, super user friendly and not complicated like some CRM's.

I love that we have great customer service that is always available. Love being able to see where my outside reps have been and know they are on location.

All of it is easy to use. Speech to text makes it perfect for our guys.

Great for a smaller company that doesn't need all the bells and whistles.

When employees leave a company they stay forever in the contacts.

Searching contact visits can be awkward. Client notes on the spreadsheet are really difficult to read in the spreadsheet.

We've had great success getting our inside and outside teams coordinated.

Had some issues with updates messing up our data, it was corrected but it interrupted business for a few days.

The other issue I recall was when I was unable to sign on to CallProof and use the program. I would attempt to log in, but it failed to sign me in.
