I love how organized the software is. There are so many intricate components, and the sections allow us to categorize the work flow better.

The flow of the work stream and lack of process is annoying. It's difficult to map to a current customer retention process.

Its been problematic and terrible since the beginning. We will be switching in short order.

You can add more than 1 candidate record more than once which means that there is a data redundancy. This should be avoided at all costs.

I like it's ability to track and log activity and it's ease of reporting. I know what my call count is at all times and the number of calls I need to make to hit my number.

Candidate management has always been a struggle for us but Bullhorn does a wonderful job in helping recruiters succeed on our daily tasks.

The communication was poor- their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error.

Integrates with a lot of other software we use like TextUs, Herefish, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Jobs, etc. We also like that it has a lot of capability and functionality, more than other ATS's I have used.

I love Bullhorn to maintain my talent pool and inventory. This is a great way of saving candidate Data and then accessing it whenever we need it.

The speed (or lack thereof) when loading each screen is terrible. The support staff can access your data without your knowledge.

They then continue to expect payments to be made to them and will make contact regularly to make demands, while completely ignoring and refusing to act on the unresolved issues.

Bullhorn provides the utmost ATS, we can easily keep a track of the candidates and the scrutinization becomes easy with the desired keywords set. The user interface of the software is also good.

I have trouble with looking at everything and staying organized with those functions.

Its OK, better than others out there but has a long way to go before we'd consider it perfect.

I like the ease of use the fast tracking of suitable people and the easyness to keep track on everthing.

The customer service is horrible - honestly the worst I've ever seen.

User friendly to those who have worked with applicant tracking systems or CRMs. Good integration with other systems.

I enjoyed the reminder emails that would automatically be sent every week to remind me to enter and submit my time. It was also great to be able to see all previous weeks' hours and history.

Because there are so many types of one function, it becomes too cluttered and difficult to use. The quick access is lacking with this system and the pricing did not sit right with me at all.

The problems with this software are really before I use it.

Oracle sales cloud is easy to use and you can efficiently keep track of all of your leads.

This software is great for tracking sales opportunities, and was surprisingly easy to navigate. I was able to quickly make edits which saved me a lot of time.

This software provides great sales automation and sales intelligence. More so, it has great sales collaboration tools that complete a satisfying sales platform for any business.

I have been using this software for several days and it is giving a very excellent feel to me. I will suggest everyone use this software and save your time.

My problems are with using it. It makes every thing much too complicated.

D surely recommend this to someone for organizing and engaging with customer information. It has really improved customer engagement for us.

Some pages seem to still be in development and sometimes provide an error, but usually the app sorts itself out.

Navigation is very intuitive and UI is very nice. The functionalities are quite comprehensive, customization are easy to do.

Customer service is also great! they're fantastic assisting you with any issue you may encounter while using it.

I'm not sure but I believe you can do a lot more within that we do not even know about.

Not much - it was set up a like a CRM, but big and clunky and not nearly as extensible as SFDC.

The features are useful and the Cloud capabilities are very smooth and beneficial.

It is easy to use and maintain. Customer support is great.

The importing process is a bit too long for my taste if you encounter any errors along the process.
