The call center receives breakdown or maintenance calls from customers and can generate reactive maintenance work orders which too can be allocated like the PPM work orders.

Admin rights are second things which is so much empowered and very much capable to tackle day to day future requirement.

We have a fleet of vehicles, tools, assets, and spares that we stock and mobilize for various jobs. Implementing CAFM enhanced our efficiencies and assured our customers of on-time service.

The features seems to be good and easy to use and understandable. Overall it is a good product.

Absolutely pathetic - seems a company with dubai base and a global company else woudl think its some fraud company.

Although functionality customization is quite extensive, interface customization is a bit limited.

Campaign Management and Analytics are key to our business. We have many high volume and low margin deals and it is hard to keep track of them at the cost point feasible to us.

Still we are not getting result as per our expectation order lost etc our management is not happy.

Overall it's ability to keep track of customers and pending invoices was a great benefit.

This was the best move for my company by far. The customer service is great.

They system picks random images and matches them with sentence fragments that make no sense. The tracking is extremely flawed and cannot be confirmed in any way.

It's been so Easy to use and customize to your liking and or  your businesses particular  needs and if any doubts the Thryv team is always available. Great platform and Set-up.
