Due to the lack of bad leads I had to go into new home sales and was not able to use their lead source since it was resale.

The worst part of maintaining my loyalty with them is that their customer service is atrocious.

We spend thousands of dollars and commit a lot of time nurturing but haven't seen the value and reward fo the investment yet.

Its is simple enough to use for the basic functions to get an agent started fairly easily. The search site is great and I like the integrated branded site.

Leads are often for cities hours from where you requested leads for. Customer service is extremely poor.

They’ve all made a robust system very easy to navigate. M incredibly grateful for their level of service and care.

Not user friendly, to much automation that get out of control, also a very hard time inputting new leads with restrictions that killed my business for 6 months.

The best feature is the integration with other platforms like Gmail and Dotloop because it allows us to run our business from one platform rather than jumping to different pages.

Its a great system, great product, does exactly what they say it does. It works if you work it, my Team loves it.

I have used a few other similar products, none hold a candle to CINC, its just great, Customer service is also excellent.

There is a lot to learn and if I had not gone to the trainings I can imagine it might be intimidating.

But with so many features, it is hard for anyone to teach it quickly.

The platform is user friendly and very versatile in working your leads.

I have been using CINC for over 8 years and very happy with the preformance. The customer service is very good.

Very simple to use very creative to implement you can go with tons of updates and add-ons.

They have incredible product knowledge, and genuinely cared about my business. I couldn’t have been with a better group.

They create low quality leads. No built in follow up but a bad AI text bot.

M upset at the time wasted on crap leads. M not making my money back and wasting a lot of time trying to communicate with these leads that aren’t even interested.

It's to learn the basics but very difficult to use it to its fullest potential.

And the CEO who was engaged on my situation was abrasive and arrogant.

The software has some glitches that even though requests have been made to correct there has been no response/action from the tech team.

CINC has really great lead management tools, but the fact that they spread their leads so thin and that they are so expensive makes them not so sparkly.

They provide bad leads and most of the leads are of no use. Its completely waste of your time and money.

We are having a hard time training our members on the software. You can't customize the program so some areas are very cumbersome.

Leads are pretty good, good customer support, account managers are great.

Bad customer service too. Worst lead gen company I came across with.

Since I have been using this lead service I have received over 400 leads most of them bad leads and have sold 1 home.

Love the website, the customer support is awesome, professional and very responsive.

We will be reviewing other lead generators who have a more successful ROI for us - too bad really - sich a disappointment.

Drip campaigns  were great. The ability to text through the app.

Love, love the entire system, been with them almost 3 years now, and will continue.

Setting up a webpage in correlation with the backpage, makes it super helpful. It’s great to just go to one place for everything.

They are automatically sorted by date of acquisition and easy to sort by other parameters. I like the ability to pin notes to the top of the individual leads and create tasks with reminders.

You do have the ability to create landing pages, add agents at no additional price. Now that is a huge value.

The quality of the leads, functionality and ease of use.

The website looks good and the initial training was pretty good.

Its easy to use, inputs, the website is easy to maneuver and fast (if you have excellent RAM and mid their internet speed on your computer).

The platform is very user friendly, allows for easy lead filtering, prioritizing and marketing. The system is very useful in staying on top of priority clients.

CINC has brought my real estate business to a whole new level. I am able to offer quality leads to my team and manage them in an easy to use platform.

Overall - We enjoy the system its self, however,​ the leads are never relevant and the customer service is HORRIBLE.

I like the ease of viewing or participating in a webinar with numerous other people. Service is always good, easy to interact with others, etc.

This is a very good software for meetings and it is secure  and fast comparing to Zoom and Teams. Their customer support are really great too.

It provide all the features of a program that is used for conducting meetings and webinar and the best thing about using cisco is their security. The video & audio quality is good.

The best in its cataogory, screenshare, call quality, the call recording is perfect, whiteboard notes are a big plus.

If the connection is bad, then you will get crackling videos and audios. That is very challenging when you are on the road.

The thing that i hated using this application that it was taking a hell lot of time to connect. A number of time It stopped showing the picture while someone is representing.

It wasn't and they updated for the same or worst. The product is not user-friendly.

A good tool for professional meetings and screenshares, but not the most cost effective.

It is best secure and convenient platform that provide great user interface and easy options to handle meetings.

Sometimes the connection is terrible and it’s hard to hear people and see them. I sometimes have to revert to calling into the meeting on my phone.

The ability to schedule meetings with remote team members is fantastic. Also, the screenshare option is very helpful at times.

Its free if you use it as a guest or if you want to hold a meeting with small number of attenders, video quality is good, and implemintation of the software is easy.

As a new user, I found it to be safe and quite adept. The quality, even on not the best internet speed, is very good.

This software is perfect for when my sales people hold webinars with prospective clients. The flexibility and functionality is great for what we need it for.

Overall, this program is great to have the tech help without someone needing to come out to our location.

I like its screen sharing feature most, easy to use and good quality sharing, easy to give control to others while screen share.

Being a Cisco product, WebEx also has superb Enterprise integrations which are super handy.

It is not working properly on mobile phones. Sometimes, I have problems with my computer (not with software) and I try to use Webex on my mobile phone.

I dislike the fact that there is no way to create headings or topics for conversations. It is easy to loose conversations because of that.

I had a very positive experience with WebEx. As I mentioned above, the greatest benefit to me and my past employer was revenue and the prospects of more of it.

It was a great experience start to finish. Great customer service and ease of implementing into organization.

I often use this software for community engagement presentations to members of my community as a legal advocate. I highly recommend it so an effective tool for virtual presentations.

This tool, designed for businesses, was not ideal to use from the perspective of a student. It has an odd interface and was constantly running in the background on my phone which was very annoying.

I really liked how you can set up and organize meeting quickly and easily. The quality of the software is very good.

The only problem is the consistent reminder. It becomes irritating after a while.

This software is great and is worth the investment. Especially during the pandemic when we can't have meetings with large numbers of people.

It is super easy to use on my PC or mobile device. There are also tons of interactive tools so that your guests can participate and the layout is easy on the eyes and attractive.

The connection quality is always superb, and it is possible to set up seamless integration with devices in physical meeting rooms.

It has interesting functionalities and its very user friendly to use. I like that simplicity and the privacy it has.

In general this software is very good and it has a good integration with other systems.
