Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the fact that you can save your templates, and insert them when you need it. It is very easy to use.

  • I like that it is very easy to sync with Salesforce CRM. I can even create new contacts or accounts from my Gmail through Cirrus.

  • Cons

  • We have had some issues with mapping CVs to candidate records, but other than that, it has been a great product

  • The software is generally easy to use and integrate. Sometimes the side panel can make the email screen too small to read easier but it can be collapsed if your not actively using it.

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use. It works. Captures all the information I need

  • Its so easy to use :) and the support is great

  • Cons

  • There are a LOT of features, the base offering is excellent but i haven't been able to explore its full capability.

  • It would be great if the software was a bit more customizable but if you have a traditional sales team with traditional sales needs then you should have no issues adapting to this product.
