Freshsales is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution that helps businesses across different industry verticals to manage their interactions with existing and potential customers.

Key features include one-click phone, sales lead tracking, sales management, even tracking and more. Users can also send personalized bulk emails from the solution, and then monitor activities on these emails. The inbox automatically prioritizes emails from contacts and leads that are waiting for a response.

Freshsales tracks the web pages that prospects are interacting with and then segments contacts based on their behavior. A lead scoring feature ranks lead based on that data and will prioritize those with a higher score over those that require nurturing. The 360 customer view offers full details about customers and prospects, including conversations, touchpoints, appointments, and tasks.

Freshsales integrates with Freshdesk, Segment event tracking and Google Calendar. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and through other online resources.

Best CRM software for startups and small business

Overall software is good for small businesses, as the software gets evolved over the time it would be much useful.

Pros

The software is light in size and easy to operate which makes sales more fresh and abundant its email feature is also unique compared to other CRMs.
Direct call log feature is great, there are other tons of features available for free which makes it highly suitable for small and medium business.
it is also easy to operate from mobile, so mobility adds the good feature to the software

Cons

As compared to other CRMs like ZOHO, Proper works this software lacks some important features.
Fresh sales also require so manual data input for further data processing which makes the process little tedious.
The software is to be designed more intelligently which gives the reports with complete detailed insights.
Some of the features of the software are still under development phase, so not completely ready for usage.

Relatively easy-to-use and customizable CRM

It's a user-friendly way to keep track of leads/deals and the iOS app also has great UI/UX

Pros

It's simple in a good way which makes it quick to learn how to use, it allows for customization in terms of how you view and members of your team view leads.

Cons

Setting up the emailing so emails that leads received aren't filtered out due to it showing that it's from freshsales.

FreshSales has potential

Pros

FreshSales is priced very competitively and has an excellent feature set. The activity feed is amazing, never seen anything like it other than on expensive SalesForce add ons. They also do a great job of auto filling details like social networks based on lead/contact email.

Cons

My team has used a number of CRMs over the past 3 years and had high hopes for FreshSales but they have fallen short thus far. My main grip of the software is the speed...a simple search can take 5-10 seconds and we only have 1,200 records. There is potential here its not there yet.

This software help us to keep track of all our leads and their progress. Using this tool has helped us to manage our sales and marketing pipeline

Pros

Using freshsales is extremely easy. The UI/UX of this tool is excellent and I understood how to use all features of this tool without any assistance. Using this tool, I can manage all my leads and contacts easily. Moreover, I can arrange all my leads in different stages such as follow up, won and lost. This give me ability to measure the success of my outreach efforts. Moreover, the dashboard of this tool is good

This software is heavy and sometimes it hangs. Otherswise it is a good platform

A solid sales CRM with built-in marketing automation

I use Freshsales to nurture leads and acquire new customers. It's a great platform and I'm very happy with it so far.

Pros

My favorite functionality is workflows. This enables me to set up automated marketing drip campaigns to my prospects and customers. Similar platforms like Hubspot would cost WAAAAY more.

I also like the ability to sync with Freshdesk, their customer CRM platform. Those two platforms work well together.

Cons

I didn't like the limitation on the number of workflows that could be set up.

Pros

Very easy to create leads, deals, contacts and companies from scratch, compared with other crm tools I had used.
Very good mobile app.

Cons

Not able to create meetings on google hangouts or zoom with team members from de deal page.

FS keeps surprise me by exceed my expectation!

We have thousands of clients and emails sometimes it's not so easy to remember who you need to be in contact, we can now easily add task, deals, even sales campaign to support our sales and makes it a lot easier.

Pros

FS keeps upgrading by expanding their function in order to make work and tracking emails easier, managing customers and not missing the follow ups

Great CRM

It is an amazing CRM, with a lot of great features, we are convinced we will get great results from it.

Pros

Once you are set up, it is really easy to use and the information is all in one place.

Cons

It is kind of hard to get around at firts. Once I had the demo with our rep, everything was a lot easier.

In CRM call recording. The work flow and ease of use with the lanes UI is great.

Had bit of issues with adding new users and making payment. But the customer support resolved it as soon as I got them on the phone.

Great Features , Can't Imagine Doing Business Without

It you are a small to mid range MSP I highly recommend using Freshsales in combination with Freshdesk ticketing, Ninja RMM, Cloudberry/AWS backups and Teamviewer. Freshsales has mastered the intuitive interface, making your life easier and pulling up information instantly. Sales pipeline, Robust tasks, Documentation and notes, Previous work performed, Appointments - including integration with GSuite and Google Calendar, you name it. We love it!

Pros

We are a small IT MSP.
The tasks feature is underrated. You can set due dates and associate the tasks with a contact or account (business) or even your own business or department. You can then only list tasks that are due that day. This has single handedly made me more productive when feeling overloaded with things to do that do not have a set appointment.
In general FS is flexible and extremely intuitive, allowing you to find your own best ways to use it.
Amazing at integration with ticketing (Freshdesk), Notes, Tasks, our Network Documentation for a client, previous work done for a clients, everything is one click a way.

Cons

We've seen one bug with time zones and task due dates but in general the company is always perfecting and listening so we are not worried about it.

Freshsales is Amazing

Freshsales and the entire Freshworks platforms are in my view some of the best CRM and operational software I have seen in a very long time.

Pros

1. UI/UX is excellent and easy to train business users to (like all of the freshworks platforms) 2. Easy to stand up, the ETL migration off of salesforce was about as easy as any CRM migration I have dont in the past 15 years. 3. Time to live and migration was easy, fast and can be accomplished in house without having to hire an outside resource. 4. Freshworks support is excellent and responsive.

Cons

1. Some of the basic configuration options out of the box require some redundant work to customize and optimize it, I think if they do some work in this area the ability of a business to migrate over to and stand up Freshsales will be even faster.

Freshsales - One of the best CRM products in the market

Overall experience was phenomenal. It captures the entire sales flow from capturing leads to nurturing them and closing deals with a seamless easy to understand interface. Keeps various sections of the sales organization in the same page and informed during the entire flow

Pros

I have worked with Salesforce, SugarCRM, Pega etc. I found freshsales UI and flow the most seamless and intuitive

Nil. Nothing as of now. Hope to see more 3rd party integrations and customizations in the future

I have found the fresh sales Software as a useful, dynamic, agile and easy to use tool for work

I am happy to suggest fresh sales to others . They keep updating to make it user friendly. It clearly meets my needs. Now I can send bulk emails and track their opens so that I can quickly followup the prospects

Pros

The UI of fresh sales looks amazing and it is user friendly. We can easily import unlimited leads and run email campaigns with less effort. Tutorials are quickly available and I like the way it reports every detail so that we won't miss anything.

Cons

I don't have much of cons but I would like suggest the support team to give quick response and the live chat disappears sometimes which is annoying. I understand you must be handling multiple clients at a time.
