Freshsales is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution that helps businesses across different industry verticals to manage their interactions with existing and potential customers.

Key features include one-click phone, sales lead tracking, sales management, even tracking and more. Users can also send personalized bulk emails from the solution, and then monitor activities on these emails. The inbox automatically prioritizes emails from contacts and leads that are waiting for a response.

Freshsales tracks the web pages that prospects are interacting with and then segments contacts based on their behavior. A lead scoring feature ranks lead based on that data and will prioritize those with a higher score over those that require nurturing. The 360 customer view offers full details about customers and prospects, including conversations, touchpoints, appointments, and tasks.

Freshsales integrates with Freshdesk, Segment event tracking and Google Calendar. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and through other online resources.

    Like there support. Even for the free you will get there best support.

    Pros

    Free tool for all small scale company.
    Easy to use and easy to migrate from existing email support.
    Scalable as you grow.
    Neatly organised CRM.
    Mobile app availability even its highly responsive.

    Cons

    Only 1 issue cant use indian phone numbers as of now. Got answer that its getting implemented by there support.

    Freshsales is nice because they have a lot of complementary products that work well with each other.

    Cons

    I honestly stopped using Freshsales after I finished my trial because their email marketing was so aggressive with me. They were always trying to upsell me it seemed. Anyways I stopped using their product because of it, it just had to many features they wanted me to learn to use.

    It's fairly ease to use and set-up (but setting it up takes a bit of time). The entry price point is very good for growing small businesses, or those just starting out. Its lead system for tracking prospects vs. contacts is really good.

    Cons

    Unfortunately, with ease of use and affordability, there's often something lacking. That something is feature rich integrations (this is no Hubspot folks!), as well as a very (very) limited "reporting" function. You have to do a lot of the work yourself, and make certain you understand the flow of the system in order to make this one work for you.

    Entrepreneurs looking to keep their leads organized and knowing where their best and most engaged leads are at in the sales pipeline.

    Pros

    Easy to use and required very little onboarding. Shows us leads score which is usually reserved for much more expensive plans. Tracks email opens and clicks so we know who is most engaged and who we should follow up with next. Keeps leads organized so they don't fall between the cracks. They answer questions fast and in a real, human (nice) way so that's fantastic.

    Cons

    The lead scoring is a bit confusing and leads come in with a very high score as soon as they are imported and you have to change the default.

    you can get the big picture of all the sales without a lot of work. I like the autoasing leads tool because improved the performance. And keep a data of our clients and sales is a very nice tool too.

    Cons

    The fact is that this app works great and give you a lot of info, but this info is worthless if you can not get also the analytics, and this app do not give you this options

    In my search for a simple, easy to use CRM I tried their free version which was too complicated

    I didn't receive any benefits from the software however someone who has more experience in CRM's or more time to dedicate themselves to learning may find the software useful. I would not recommend this for someone who needs something simple, fast and basic

    Pros

    Lots of features and several price options, including a free trail period. Different methods of tracking sales, managing pipelines and incorporating everything into one place. On "paper" this software looked like a dream.

    Cons

    Ultimately it was too complicated to use, even the basics, closing a task was complicated. I submitted a request for help and was told I had to sign up for something else so even that was complicated. I did have someone from their support contact me to schedule a call and it took a while and a few missed appointments before I was able to speak to someone. When I did eventually talk to someone from support it seemed as if they were trying to sell me more services instead of helping me with getting set up.

    All features we need for affordable price.

    Pros

    We did a detailed research before choosing the CRM and the feature we liked the most was the ability to track if our emails were open and read as most of our communcation with clients is done via emails.

    Cons

    Interface could be a bit more modern and responsive. Also, we had a couple of issues with their technical support - noyjing serious but they have room for improvement here.

    The only thing I actually liked about this program is design. There were too many other things that I didn't like which overshadowed the pros.

    Cons

    What turned me off right away was when I tried to log in I was asked for my URL. I COULD NOT FIND IT! I moved onto another CRM service and forgot about. Then out of the blue I received a call from a representative at Freshsales that I could barely understand (accent). I didn't appreciate the call. I then cancelled my account with them only to receive an email within 10 minutes of me doing so saying my account had been created again.

    The great thing about Freshsale is the ability to record comprehensively the details of your accounts and contacts. Their customer service is superior and very friendly and will get back to any queries rather fast.

    Cons

    The fields, however, are too complicated, too many unnecessary fields and trying to customise certain looks can get tedious and they make it rather easy to accidentally delete customised looks making it a hassle if you made a mistake.

    This software is perfect for you if you are in sales and need help to organize all your leads and keep them so they are easy to find or search through.

    Pros

    It has a free trial for you and up to like 6 or 7 people i believe so you can check it out and decide if it is for you or not. You can create all kinds of reports, tables or charts which to me are necessary . I been in sales forever and this is what I been using to keep all my tons of leads organized and easy to search through when i need to find specific ones. Also everything is stored in the cloud which gives you access no matter where you are at, which works out perfect if you have to work from home for a couple or few days you have access to all your leads still.

    Cons

    There is nothing really for me negative to say about this software I really like using it and would not have my leads as organized as they are now if I never started using this program to organize them. I think if the dashboard gave you percentages of how many leads have closed and pending leads still not closed or won and help you to keep track of your progress in sales that would be cool.

    I really like how Freshsales comes at database management and how relational every aspect of the overall database it is. We also use other services of this company. The integration with Freshcall made it possible to track all sales calls, which was essential for us. It really helps with prospecting and closing deals. We use Freshsales for sales and order tracking, especially for our internal sales team. Another thing we wanted was a detailed analysis and reporting that Freshsales lacks.

    Cons

    Support help could respond a little faster when having problems. Waiting for a week for just the answer - it's very long. Although, then the problem was solved quite quickly. Also, reports quite simply, I lack more in-depth and visual reports.

    Pros

    Well, you never have to come across different software to process your marketing and sales activities separately. Freshsales has provided all access in a single platform - from email campaigns, generating leads, doing follow-ups, and segregate those leads as per their priorities.
    - The Analytics & Reports are also very helpful and gives the true image of growth progress, you can even customise those reports as per the type of lead generated.
    - It can create links with prospect profile over social sites, it easily fetches all relevant data from the site itself to the CRM, which is cool.
    - The best thing that really drives you to go for this CRM is its rich user experience.

    Cons

    They are doing great, but there is always something to make even better, they can work a little bit on the dashboard functionality.

    Freshsales allows me to create email marketing campaigns and track my deals in one simple UI. I like how easy it is to navigate and I love the VOIP feature. I can get my work done much quicker and more effectively when using Freshsales. It helps me make more outbound calls and get in touch with more prospects.

    Pros

    I love Freshsales. The software is very easy to use and much more simpler then Saleforce.com. It's pricing is also fair and competitive and the email marketing, deals tabs and database are very easy to manipulate. Plus Freshsales is a part of a larger CRM service and allow you to bolt on other components if you want to do other things. I'm a huge fan of simple and Freshsales makes the whole process of sales CRM simple and easy. Very little ramp up time.

    Cons

    It's close to impossible to get customer service person on the phone and they are not fast to react. It's a shame since some of their competitors do a much better job at this. I had a question about changing my credit card information and it just way to long to get the simple response I needed in order to fix the problem. They do have a resource center where you can ask questions, but I don't get the sense that customer service is a huge priority for them.

    Best CRM system for SMB!

    Pros

    These CRM has features far more expensive solutions offer in their top packages. We especially like everything regarding email - tracking, ability to send emails from CRM etc

    Cons

    Customer support could be better. I hope that it is due to the growth, but sometimes it is slow and inefficient, although we haven't experienced anything too serious..

    A strong and solid CRM, well worth investing in it.

    Pros

    It has every step of a sales process in a right way
    Leads, contacts and comanies have their own window, and when it comes to the actual sales funnel they have a streamlined view that allows you to see clearly which opportunities are in each one of the steps.
    This is a huge plus

    Cons

    The price is a not too expensive, but I like software to be cheaper.
    Specially since I always am thinking about the little businesses that are starting up.

    I looked around at a lot of CRMs before deciding on FreshSales. Their different levels of packaging are great and reasonable for customer size. I found the product relatively intuitive to figure out and simple enough for the small start up company I work for...aka I did not need all the bells and whistles that others boast.

    Cons

    Their customer service is lacking. when they do respond they are very helpful. But many times I was looking for immediate assistance and couldn't get any. Along those same lines their support section is scattered and could use videos for easier understanding.

    As a sales\business development manager with more than 10-years of experience, I can say that people who fight on the forefront(salesmen) need the best sales equipment. In this case, our productivity can be significantly raised. Freshsales CRM helped me and my colleagues to tune and organize our work such way that allowed us to boost results and feel some kind of comfort while working. In addition to this I can say that system works very fast and in comparison with our previous programs this one is brilliant.

    Cons

    I noticed that the system of pricing is more suitable for small companies or individual salesmen. I work in one of the biggest telecommunications company in my country and that is why our executives were thinking quite a lot before choosing this CRM.
