  • Pros

  • Price is right for what you get and much more affordable than industry standards. Training with online/youtube options has been very good.
  • The graphics and general user interface design were very important to us and Claritysoft scored high is this area. It's customizable and fun.
  • Cons

  • We had employees refuse to use it because they were so frustrated.
  • This becomes confusing for the sales team because it shows in both places. Most CRM’s that have multiple pipelines take the Pipeline down to the Stage level.

  • Excellent value for the cost. Powerful - will do all that I need for marketing and sales, plus more.
  • The outlook integration is an excellent feature, and we can save all our correspondence to the data base. We send a newsletter to all our clients through maximizer which is very easy to do.
  • Cons

  • The biggest obstacle for me is the mount of data entry and customization to make it flow for our company.
  • It is SO busy that it is difficult to use the tab after tab function leaves lots of sub levels un informed.
