The app itself is basically useless. There is no access to scheduling which is what trainers will use club OS for 99% of the time.

Sometimes doesn't track some things. POS referrals are often missed and that gets a little annoying.

Love the easy to see master calendars and how things are color coded to what type of appt they are. The follow up section is awesome and keeps track of all your notes and contacts in an organized way.

The options were great, they had most of all we needed to attempt to engage with customers and hopefully keep them coming back. The ability to reach out and send marketing campaigns was very useful.

Lot of times the software will crash or the numbers that it outputs are wrong and not the same of the work we put in.

I like this software because it is very easy and quite effective in the scheduling process and following up with clients.

You can have all of your leads(fitness and pt) in one area for all employees to contact. This also integrates with datatrak which makes it easy for us.

Lead transferring is an awesome tool and administrative restrictions make this an awesome software to track new hires functions.

It is very user friendly. I like the set up of how the schedules are and also how it is connected to our system so that we may locate members with ease.

Some of the functions are not consistent, so teaching this software to colleagues can be lengthy and sometimes confusing for them.

User friendly, customer service is great, like the follow up schedule system, I love that I can access from anywhere.

This app is very useful but has some quirks that keep it from being great.

Club OS is easy to use but also very straightforward. It is used more to increase overall revenue of your fitness center rather than a day to day functional software.

This is the best system out there for the price that we pay.

Alot of the automation saved time and the addition of referral was something not seen in other software.

Very robust software that is user friendly. You have the option to get into the weeds with all the options and categories, but also gives you the ability to keep things simple too.

The scheduler is excellent and easy to navigate. Tracking client stats and graphing is a nice feature for clients to be able to visualize their progress.

Overall satisfied and wished we could have kept it working for longer. I would encourage anyone using mindbody to consider this as the integration is seamless.

Sometimes I'll want to add a note to the person I previously contacted minutes after the fact. If I forget their name it makes it difficult to search.

The way scheduling is set up with reminders for both the event owner as well as attendees added is excellent. Also having so much customization on repeat occurrences is also great to have.

The integrated solutions. HubSpot can be easily integrated with so many other Apps and solutions that ease automation and help small bur savvy teams like ours to grow and optimize operations.

I like being able to look back at all past contact with a client and easily look up relevant contact details. The system is easy to use and offers a nice quick value in managing client relations.

Perhaps the greatest advantage from an administrative standpoint is the ability to automatically create tasks with workflows and see that they get done in a timely manner.

Like mentioned above I would enjoying seeing a simpler version of the tool that gives growing teams the tools they need. Something between the Sales Pro and the free sales tools.

All our sales pipelines are on Hubspot. It's really good because we can connect with Hubspot CRM and automate most of our process.

What really makes HubSpot standout is their community and excellent support. They are looking to help your business grow by creating excellent content and developing a true inbound community.

The Sales Hub is fantastic for early teams and startups.

I don't actually have a lot of negative things to say about this.

If you need extra functionality for marketing and service tasks you will need to pay additionally for other hubs.

The information it shares and being allowed to downloading with no cost is the most I like.

It's a great customer experience which is well worth the money if you can afford it.

No true inbox, unless you're using their service hub product, which we don't because we have intercom. Terrible integration with intercom, sad because we use both.

When I took on a role in sales I needed to learn about the new software, I was happy I learned quickly and was able to navigate easily through the different features.

I have saved substantial time, money & resources by using HubSpot Sales Hub. It works seamlessly with marketing hub and automation.

It has a great integration with Intercom which is the program that we use to do our customer support and answer customers questions.

If you're missing a contact for a company, things can get messy. They also do a lot of updates which causes the site to crash a lot.

The simplicity for the end-user and great integration with the marketing data.
