Not the biggest, but right up there with the best

Openfield Contact is the main application within Dialog Insight's toolset. You may not have heard of it mentioned alongside Mailchimp but it can do everything you need it to do, and has a lot more customisation options than many of its larger competitors.

PROS

The value for money and level of support the Dialog Insight team is able to provide, along with regular updates.

CONS

The application can be difficult to use until you get used to it, and know where the main features are hiding

Outil puissant et complet pour les stratégies de marketing relationnel avancées.

PROS

Outil extrêmement complet : Email, test AB, landing pages, notification push, SMS Sources de données entièrement personnalisables : - Possibilité d'intégrer n'importe quelle source de données internes pour alimenter les campagnes : contacts, inventaire produits, journal des ventes... - Système de relation entre les tables permettant de combiner les données entre elles. Support client disponible : Le service client est réactif et la phase d'onbording permet d'aider à prendre en main l'outil.

CONS

La prise en main de l'outil et plus longue et plus complexe que les outils "mainstream" (ex Mailchimp). L'équipe support et la phase d'onboarding facilitent cette prise en main. Une fois la phase d'apprentissage terminée, l'outil permet de monter des campagnes bien plus puissantes que les outils "grand public".

Good price/quality ratio, great customer service

I always had a good experience using Dialog Insight, and overall, it gets the job done. At the beginning, I had some questions about how to use certain features (learning curve), but it has powerful features, and the customer service team is professional and efficient.

CONS

There is a learning curve to use this tool. Not all features are intuitive.

J'adore Dialog Insight. Je suis très satisfaite par cette solution technologique depuis plus de 4 ans.

Interface épurée, facile à comprendre et à utiliser. Fonctionnalités complètes et performantes. Service à la clientèle impeccable. Solution Québécoise abordable.

CONS

Demande de prendre le temps de bien implémenter la solution et de réfléchir à tous vos besoins et vos particularités en amont, surtout pour une entreprise de services B2B.
