Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • good product in good price, czech language, good support, easy work on this software, easy orientation during work

  • Very flexable and works great with outlook. I love the ability to have multiple devices access the database as well as my mobile phone.

  • Cons

  • Out of the box reporting is a bit limited, relational hierarchy can be a bit tricky to get your head around at first, however has some excellent advantages once you do

  • Can be confusing. Some of the better features are not obvious.

  • Pros

  • [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in the tech support department was a great help and will be my go to when I need help with TMO. Friendly, professional and fast. It is greatly appreciated!

  • Daily Workflow is user friendly. Awesome reports!

  • Cons

  • It's expensive, initial costs and monthly fees but it does so much of what we need. The only feature I have trouble with is the customized reports.

  • the cost is a little high as there is little to no competition in at this level. It would be nice if the system could be web based or apple compatible.
