Very impressed with the Execvision customer service.

I really enjoy the ease of use and the fact that it is better than other products I have used.

The tech, sales and support teams are amazing. They are genuinely nice people who love what they do.

I like that it integrates with Salesforce and forces you to record and your manager to coach since there's accountability on both sides.

The tool so far seems like it has very good ease of use  and the integration with SalesLoft works well.

Competitive pricing, feature can be improved to match competitors.

Sometimes when it is very busy information can become misinterpreted.

It takes time for the calls to be uploaded into  ExecVision which can be frustrating because in the moment you want to figure out where your call went wrong before you proceed with more calls.

I can never find the calls that I want - not labeled correctly or easy to find. I really hate how I go to find a call and it is labeled wrong and I am unable to search it.

I am not sure what I have to say about the software that is bad. Maybe the audio playback.

I love the editing and scoring capabilities within execvision. It's great to receive feedback and then give feedback where needed.

We wanted to call coach and improve our messaging as a sales org.

I know this is a problem on our end but my first call wasn't recorded because the default is set to not record all my calls.

Highrise is economical and provides many good features. The program allows for ease in putting in contacts and notes.

Also ,a surprisingly complete version on mobile,which helps you make dynamic changes in real time. It is reasonably priced and easy to work it.

I like that with it you can prioritize files. The Customer Service is always quick to respond and resolve issues.

This is/was a terrific starter CRM. It even supports autosave so you don't lose notes.

Great Price and Great functionality - Hard to Navigate at first.

It used to interface with gmail but has now stopped that and will no longer receive upgrades, which is a shame.

Countless controls and functions and sections and definitions and miserable standard of support meant it was shelved within a few months.

I love the many options you get when you use the software, The emailing system could be better, but honestly it gets the job done for the price. You can save templates and store databases as well.
