  • Pros

  • It's early days as we have only just been set up on this system, but I really like the look of it and it seems user friendly, which is what we wanted.
  • The ticketing system is excellent and the integration allows you to track your emails via the ticket reference to keep a record of all contact for each ticket.
  • Cons

  • There is no 'bulk select' option so when looking at deleting multiple contacts this isnt an option at the moment.
